Works well
Easy to use , fairly lightweight, dismantles for cleaning easily with integral washers. Blends well, looks and feels sturdy, I like the glass jug. A little noisy but no more so than most stand alone blenders, it’s not on for long. Mine gets used every day so it will get a good workout.

Replacement
I used the product 3 times and it stopped working, I would like to make a replacement.

Check the seal on the jug
Good quality just make sure you check the seal on the bottom of the jug is tight as mine was loose and leaked in to the electrics

Incredibly simple to use and works great, had it for one day and made a couple of smoothies and home made soup.Really good if you're trying to make healthier meals.

Hello, here is all the evidence that the product arrived defective and it was no surprise to discover that when opening the box, the blender would not work properly. How can you (Manufacturer) say that even people with brain disabilities can use this product, if it has already demonstrated that it is not easy to assemble? I would also like to point out that the attempt to assemble the product was carried out by three different people who had full mental abilities and were unable to lock the jug onto the base of the appliance. Making it clear that this appliance is not safe if it is stated by the manufacturer that it is used in exactly this way.
