Replaced the old underpowered transformer to allow a Wyze doorbell v2 to work. Works fine with no problems

Had an old 16v transformer that needed to be replaced to have continuous recording on my Nest doorbell. Kept getting a low voltage warning on the app and couldn’t get video.Install was about straightforward as you could get. I recommend watching a few YouTube videos to get the basic idea. My setup is simple with just a single front doorbell.I was able to use my old mounting plate with this transformer, it has a screw nut on the back for this purpose.Connect your black to black. White to white. And then green to ground/bare copper. On the front/side there is an “R” and “C” which is your hot and current. I couldn’t find too much info on this, but the wire coming from my doorbell I put on the R/hot side and then I had a wire coming from the back of the transformer on the C/current.Turned power back on and no more warning and able to record!

Can handle the new camera doorbells!

Transformer blew on my RV furnace (Suburban 24v), couldn’t get the original replacement so I ordered this not sure if it would work. It was a little larger than the original, but still fit, and works just like the oem one used to. Been going for about a month now with no issues. Highly recommended.

I have purchased a number of these in the past, and they work reliably and satisfactorily.

The transformer was defective, it was putting out less than one volt. I returned it to Amazon.
