Rubie's Costume Co Batman Dark Knight Rises Batman Cape and Mask Set

The mask is made of pretty thick plastic and cushioning around the eye holes and forehead. Our first mask arrived without a strap. At first we were told "no returns", but with a little bit of persistence, the return bot processed a replacement the next day and I didn't have to go through the hassle of returning the first costume. The cape is nothing to write home about, but it's just gravy for this price. Would recommend for a fun, simple costume.

my 4 year old grandson loves this and wears it all the time! it is a tad long but he loves the way it flies back when he jumps! the mask on the other hand falls off when he runs... he gets upset it wont stay on his face... we are looking at trying to adjust the straps or rig it some other way to make it work...

Cape is short and comical (literally, humorously speaking). The mask is a nice solid molding that looks quite nice. Stays securely on your face and is fairly comfortable. Decent price.

mixed feelings: I really wanted to love this and while i doto an extent the cape works great a little short but not too bad( velcro is not the strongest )but thats an easy fix i have no issues there. but unfortunately, the main star the cowl it comes with while very durable didn't fit my face quite right my nose pressed the mask too far forward maybe if you cut the nose area or have a different nose with wider face in the cheeks it seemed rounded to me. looking more bootleg gotham imposter ish. but now that i have half my costume i might as well complete the look. but keep in mind cape is about 4' 11 ish in length maybe rounded up 5 feet so not too bad but im 6'2 so would prefer to the ankles for more canonical accuracy, this cape is generic enough could be used for any black cape but is designed for a dark knight trilogy look. I bought a cheaper mask from spirit halloween and it works much better. so if you can live with a sturdy but misshapen maske or if it fits you better go for it. for the money its worth it and as a bat fan i cant complain too much i mean who hasnt want to dawn the look look. but you do get what you pay for so keep in mind but still i cant wait to wear this to future cons and fir a happy long Halloween defintly doing a photo shoot . I AM VENGENCE I AM THE NIGHT I"M BATMAN! ...:)

It was perfect. Was worried when I read some of the reviews but turned out to be a great buy. The cape was better then expected too. Mask was solid, fit my face and also could be used by my 4 year old. So huge range. (See photos). If I were to use the mask more than once I would have probably taken off the foam from under the nose so it would have been more flush with my face but it was just fine for the night. The cape wasn’t just a material that latches it acutally had it sewn where it rests comfortably on your shoulder to hold it in place. It was long enough and just perfect. I highly recommend buying this duo. It’s cheap but not the quality.

I got this for my boyfriend’s Halloween costume and it fit so well. The quality was also really good for the price.

Waste of time and money really. I was really only after the cape since from pictures it looks slightly thicker than the horrible costume capes. I was wrong, the cape is very thin, very short (for a supposed adult size). It feels cheap (luckily it was priced fairly cheap). If you are making a serious Batman costume you really need to find another option for the cape. Since it was so cheap I decided not to waste time returning it, especially since my 2 year old likes to play with the mask.I didn't buy this for the mask, but I figure I'll warn anyone considering it. It looks horrible. This isn't for a costume, this is a toy. It doesn't cover the back of your head, it doesn't go around the bottom of your head. Worst of all the eyes are cut horribly making it so my right eye can't open all the way. Even my 2 year old has trouble with that eye and she's tiny.
