Absolutely delicious gluten free banana bread. Box says on front MADE WITH REAL BANANAS. You can smell the bananas when you open the plastic bag to the mix and it tastes delicious. I add walnuts and it was so good. I highly recommend this banana bread mix for anyone gluten intolerant or not. Awesome flavor.

My husband recently found out he has celiac disease so we've been trying to find substitutes for his favorite foods. This was one of the best ones we've tries so far. I added a banana to make it a little more moist. It baked evenly and slid out of the pan easily. Looked and tasted perfect. Even my picky kids ate some.

I have tried so many brands before and was underwhelmed, then I saw King Arthur. My husband was amazed. The biggest thing is don’t get creative. Follow the instructions exactly and you’ll be happy. I have tried just about all they have from pizza crust mix, cookies, pancakes etc. I refrigerate what I make and we just microwave and eat. The answer for all gluten intolerance, we no longer feel deprived. Thank you King Arthur.
