Ideal fit to put a 3.5 or 2.5 HDD into a 5.25 bay. It is really helpful that the screws are included for installing both the HDD and also the bracket into a bay.

They get the job done if you have no more space in your HDD caddy. I have them mounted in different spots in my case wherever I had space left. They fit in fan slots too.

Very useful and easy to use.

Noise level seems acceptable, provided you are using well balanced hard drives. There is no provision for any shock or noise isolation mounting. However, works as an inexpensive solution.

Everything needed to mount a 3.5" drive in a legacy chassis with 5.25" drive bays! This kit came with all the screws needed to mount the drive in the adapter and the adapter into your chassis. Underneath the adapter, there are mounting holes to attach a 120mm fan if you wanted to add additional cooling for the drive.

I set the adapter to manage a very rare setup for only one mecahnical HDD space in chasis (Coolermaster Q300). The only available HDD space is occupied, but the chasis has an spot near the powers supply for120mm fan. I fitted a fan in that spot, and placed the adapter on top of it. Basically, the fan allowed me to screw in a second HDD into the chassis.😁

I was rebuilding an older PC and needed to add several new drives as well as reposition some SSDs, and this kit was the perfect answer. I was able to line up holes for SSDs and 3.5" drives for mounting in my case and used three of the four trays. Along with the bag of varying screw types, this kit was an essential part of my rebuild. I'd get it again in a heartbeat. Will show these in a video I did on this rebuild.
