When you read the description, it sounds great and being a nurse myself, it made sense. Then the item came. Well made. No written instructions and the unit I was sent had an additional port that through trial and error and logic, I figured out. I found the temperature of the iced water lasted only a few minutes and the need to raise and lower the unit to maintain cold compression a bit aggravating and most time consuming. Forget about overnight use! I quickly resorted to traditional ice pads with a much better result of pain and swelling management. I retrospect, it is a purchase I regret.

Helped bring the inflammation down a few days

I orginally submitted a review with 5 star rating but now I take it back. I really liked the machine but when I really need it, which is now because I bought it for up coming knee surgery it wont turn on, not sure if its in the cord or the device it wont circulate the cold water into the knee cuff, I've used it by gravity but it doesnt work the same. Ive tried to look up company but find nothing on BonBonMall. I purchased it on Dec 28th 2021 and was able to look up purchase but it also has only a 1 month window for returns. This is very irratatiing when you pay $170 for something and it stops working after 6 months
