Great flavor! One of my favorite brands in a K-Cup.
I grew up drinking Ravens Brew in Alaska and love Dead Man's Reach. I was excited to find it in K-Cup format for those busy mornings. While it's obviously better fresh ground in a french press, the K-Cup Dead Man's Reach is still delicious and I highly recommend giving it a try. It's not sour or acidic and falls more into the chocolate and nutty side of the spectrum in my opinion. Ravens Brew coffee has great marketing and makes for a unique gift for the coffee lover in your life. I sent some of the whole bean bags to my brother for his birthday because they have other fun blends with names like "Three Peckered Billy Goat" and funny pictures on the bag in the style of Ray Troll. For any history buffs, this blend, "Dead Man's Reach", refers to an old story told by the fisherman around my home town of Sitka. It's fun to read about if you want to Google it and the area is still on the nautical charts around Baranoff Island to this day, which matches the packaging. So it's coffee with a story, but bottom line is that it's really good coffee and you should try it!

Wakes you up
I love this brew. It wakes me up gently and keeps me sharp. But it does not make me feel crappy afterwards. No crashing like some.I add some stevia and collagen to give it nutritional value.Careful Only use it when u need it.I don’t drink it on the weekends when i sleep in late.

Not up to par
I used it to make coffee I’ve had this kind of coffee before but it was ground and made in a drip coffee maker and it was way better than those pods

Nothing says waking up like three goat peckers in your cup
In his cups the hilariously tragic offspring of Iberian climbing goats and fainting goats Tales of a Man and his Keurig (Keurig is the Dutch word for 'Maaaaaa! Thud' which is kind of weird that they need a word for that being mostly below sea level. Windmills may be involved.' ) Today's first cup Raven's Brew - Three Peckered Billy Goat. Nothing says waking up like three goat peckers in your cup. First off I love everything about this coffee and how they present their brand - they are hip, funny and layer their packages with catchy slogans, facts and whimsy. 'Nothing says waking up like three goat peckers in your cup' is not theirs, but they are welcome to use it. So how is the coffee? At a glance it appears goat pecker free, which is a vote in it's favour. (Ravens presented with this coffee may protest the lack of goat peckers, but theirs is a harder life than mine.) The first sip slaps the taste of morning out of your mouth like an ogre swinging a goat pecker flail. The rest glide down like your tongue is tracing a path from nape to sacrum. This is a unforgiving dark roast that will get your neurons firing and brings focus, clarity and unwanted visions of goat peckers to your day. Highly recommended.
