Luggage 20” Carry-on Expandable Spinner Trolley with pocket for computer (Blue)

Love this luggage! Great size - I was able to fit quite a lot in here, and especially love the laptop compartment. I was a little bummed that there were a few scratches in the protective coating, but it would get scratched eventually, right? So I got over it quick. This bag is not heavy at all, and rolls very nicely.

I bought this suitcase in 2016. It served a great life of (very) heavy travel until 2019 when it started tearing in pieces. It has been a truly awesome product considering the price at the beginning. But 4+ yrs after its purchase, it is scratched all over and barely holds together.

Quality, looks are good but zipper is of low quality and lost its charm in few months

I actually liked design of the suitcase itself but for one (major) thing. The thin film closely adhered to the skin of the poly carbonate shell should have been removed at production because it is a real hassle to remove. It does not peel easily as the film itself is very thin, almost dissolving in your hands so you cannot pull it out continuously but comes off in little finger sized bits. The edges of the film are firmly pinned a the edges where the poly carbonate meets other parts of the bag like handles, locks, etc. This leaves a jagged layer of thin lining film running like a ruffle around those edges and impossible to remove without using a razor to slice off. I did not want to do the latter as one false move may slice off part of the rubber edging or scratch the paint work of the poly carbonate shell. I am presented with a dilemma. Either leave the film lining on (which scratches easily and produces a blistered appearance on the shell skin) or remove as much as possible with film ruffles all over the place that looks unsightly and a dirt trap when you travel with it. Since I did not sign up for this chore when I ordered the suitcases, I returned both pieces. Note to manufacturer: Remove the lining before making the case shells like your other competitors. Customers want to travel with the case, not travail with it.

My new, blue Vista Collection NY Luggage 20" carry-on is well built, light weight, and very attractive. It arrived on time. When I could not get it unlocked because the zipper on the main compartment was locked down with a combination lock with which I was not familiar, I emailed the factory - Bo Toys and Gifts. Their representative emailed me back an hour and a half later. That quick response really surprised me, because it was a Saturday. She told me what to do to open the luggage, and with that information l immediately got the lock open. When I was no longer was going berserk about the lock, I found the little card of directions in one of the other pockets. The carry-on is great, and I highly recommend the company.

I have not used this item yet. It is going to be used as an office supply kit while traveling by air. One reason for buying this item was it fit the size requirement for the major airlines as a carry-on, which is 22"x14"x9". Upon receiving this item, I measured it to be more like 22.5"x13.5" x 9.5" including the handle and wheels. I hope I do not have problems at the airport. Other than that, at this time I do like this case. It has a compartment for a laptop and zippered compartments to keep items in place.

I gave this 3 stars because although the bag seems to be a strong and sturdy bag, I bought it specifically as a carry-on based on how it was advertised and the comments posted about it, but it was too big to fit in Delta's overhead bins so I had to check it after all. Also, the outside compartment that is supposed to fit a 17" laptop will not accommodate anything larger than a small tablet if you fully pack the suitcase on that side--the clothing takes up all the space. That being said, the vendor I purchased this from (Bo Toys and Gifts) was VERY helpful, and I received a full refund for the bag when I contacted them about my experience. I would certainly purchase from them again without hesitation. Good CS is hard to find, and they exceeded anything I expected.

I returned this the next day. My laptop roller bag gave out, so I wanted to replace it with something "sturdy" for a bit of protection for camera gear and other items I carry on. I ordered 2 different hard sided, spinner carry-ons, both the same size - this one and a Delsey. This was received first but I had it reboxed and ready for return before even seeing the Delsey. I did not feel it was any where worth the price - the outside was scratched up (though the blue color was pretty) - the handle seemed very flimsy and I doubted it would last very long - the wheels were single and and they felt, and looked cheap - the zipper tabs were in the locked position, I assume the instructions were on the inside, I never got it open to find out. I liked the front opening and the pockets in it, but I didn't feel this would hold up for much travel. This carry-on would probably be okay for someone not traveling a whole lot, not going very far, or not having much carry-on; but we travel a lot and I wanted something more sturdy. Had this been about half the price, I might have kept it just to try it out, but at this price point I expected more.
