Helps relieve my arch and heel pain.

Here's my story. I am a modest runner and workout out 4 days a week in the gym. Over the past several months, my left heel suddenly started hurting. The pain has been progressively getting worse, especially after long periods of rest or walking in flat shoes. I visited a sports doctor who specializes in feet. Almost immediately he said I had plantar fasciitis, caused by overuse and the simple aging process (that part sucked to hear). Doctor wanted to put me in a boot and immediately start aggressive treatment. I declined and started researching ways to treat the issue myself. I came across these sleeves and decided to buy a pair. The first day I received them, I put one on my left foot and even slept in it, which I was skeptical of doing because I HATE to sleep in socks. However, the sleeve is so comfortable and allows my toes to be 'free', it was no inconvenience at all. Upon waking the following morning and taking my first steps on the floor (which is usually when I experience the worst pain), i was pleasantly surprised...VIRTUALLY PAINLESS....OVERNIGHT! I have continued to wear a sleeve on my left foot, which I wear with my gym shoes, work shoes or even barefoot. By keeping the compression on my foot as much as possible, I have noticed a HUGE difference in my heel pain, and I have only been using these for ONE WEEK so far. I am confident that with continued use of these sleeves, my plantar fasciitis will soon be a non-event. I can still run, workout, and walk in my work heels, wearing this sleeve, and don't 'limp' around anymore while doing so. I think the key is to wear this as much as possible, keeping the foot and ankle compressed. This has definitely worked for me and I plan to invest in a few more pair, ensuing I maintain compression on a consistent basis. Best part is...the investment is WAY cheaper than anything your doctor is going to charge for treatment! I am a happy customer!

I really liked these socks when I first got them. They made my feet feel better supported and warm. I broke my left ankle a few months ago which required a plate and screws and ligaments being sewn back together. At first these socks really helped support both my feet and I wore them every day, all day. But the last few times I wore them, they made my feet ache, especially the heel. My feet felt like they were being squeezed and my heels felt like there was no support at all. My heels have never hurt like that before. I ended up pulling them off because I couldn't stand it anymore.. I may try them again sometime because they did help my feet to some degree, but not in the near future. They are very well constructed and maybe they just are not designed to help with my particular feet problems. This is not your fault because these socks are a quality product.

I had other socks like these for support of my ankle but either they are too thick or too tight, but these perfectly fits/provide enough support and also, comfortable. Especially, the material at heels are lighter and breathable so I love it. I’m thinking about buying another set.

So, package arrive, no problem. I put them on, no problem. But...what? I don't understand people stating that this helped their plantar fasciitis. They are not super tight or really tight at all. They don't offer any type of support. Its just like wearing a sock. I don't get it. However, this product didn't have any flaws or defects, appears to match the description but come on... there isn't any support or compression (not for me anyway). Would I recommend? No. Would I buy again? Not this or anything like it. It's not a solution for plantar fasciitis.

By far these have been my favorite compression socks. They seem to hold their shape and are snug like crap compression socks should be. I have a severe case of plantar fasciitis in the left foot and I’ve been trying everything down to wearing a boot at night, stretching, cortisone shots and even acupuncture. Everything seems to be temporary. The socks give a great support and are helping but I can’t say the pain has gone but it does decrease that shooting pain. At the but, I can’t sleep with these on yet as I feel they are too tight at night. I’ll get there eventually.I do love the neutral color. Blends in well with clothes. The only negative comment I can say is that I wear a size women’s shoe 6 1/2 and the small/medium seem pretty long. The sock goes a little over my toes but I can deal with that. Overall these are great. I hope to get to the no pain part soon.

I love these socks!!! I purchased them for my planter faciitis. I had tried other things from the drug store and nothing was helping. I order many things on Amazon. I have had my condition for 3 months now and I could barely walk. These socks help to mold my foot into having an arch again. They are so comfortable I can wear them with any shoe, which I found to be an added bonus instead of inserts. They are also breathable.I still have pain but it is slowly progressing to be less painful. I am not limping like I was before I started wearing the sock. I like that it came w/ 2 socks for washing. ~Note to buyer, these will most likely feel very, very tight when you wear them on the 1st day. On the second day, they started to loosen up a little and were much more comfortable. I recommend these socks for anyone with foot pain! Just be patient, maybe start off slow a few hours the 1st day and then increase from there. I take them off only when I go to bed at night. I give this product ☆☆☆☆☆.

First purchase was a size large because my shoe size is on the border of the small and large socks. It was great, comfortable and gave me relief from my foot pain and I can wear it for long periods of time. I wanted to know how the smaller one would fit, so ordered it as well. I will keep both. The smaller one is snugger and gives more support however I can wear the larger one for much longer periods of time. Happy with the purchase and the seller is very interested in making sure of customer satisfaction.

I purchased these socks in the summer and have just started wearing them in boots that my orthotics don't fit in. They have made a huge difference in the relief of my foot pain. I am on my feet all day and find that without some type of support, my feet are in bad shape at the end of the day. I also purchased Sockwell compression socks for plantar fasciitis at more than twice the price of these socks and I have to say that these socks provide much more relief and support for me.
