The media could not be loaded.  This is a really nice tough rugged smartphone from Blackview.I needed a phone that could withstand my daily life and the the conditions I work in.This phone is waterproof, dust proof and is rugged enough to withstand drops.It’s big and chunky which I like so you know it’s in your pocket.The phone is fast and powerful enough to do what I want it to. It manages to handle all my tasks and apps very easily.The camera system is great too and you get some nice sharp images and video.Battery life is excellent and easily last me all day without need a boost.The security features like fingerprint and face unlock work amazingly well and very fast at unlocking your phone.I have this is on EE Network and it’s got very good 4G speeds so internet browsing and video calls etc are all very good quality.The screen is big and beautiful being very bright even in bright conditions and it’s very responsive.Overall I am absolutely delighted with this phone and it’s exactly what I need. It works just like it should so for those reasons I have decided to rate it 5 stars.

Dropped once and screen cracks.Battery doesn't last any longer than most phones

Certainly well made, almost bullet proof. Battery life seems good very rarely have to charge it even when it is being used all day. I was concered that the bung that goes into the charging might drop off in time and compromise the waterproof element I've bern assured that the socket remains waterproof even if the bung is not in. I've found Blackviews customer services to be outstanding particularly Anne who got back to me quickly to answer a couple of queries. To sum up if you're buying it for someone who has a physical type of job, ie. Forces, Police, Building Trade or similar or a record of being clumsy and careless with electronic devices then this is the phone for them. The phone is a very fair price and you dont even need to insure it because it is so well built.

It's inexpensive essentially a Samsung type clone and functions well but the battery life is an issue cannot be replaced so it'll be a replacement...

The information provided by the seller are accurate.It’s a solid smartphone that can easily cope with daily tasks, have good memory for normal usage also it’s not expensive. The phone has a large, vibrant screen and a great camera that would be ideal for an amateur photographer. It's a great deal that i would strongly recommend you consider, it should deal with anything a normal user would throw at it! I'm very happy with it!Highly recommended!

After a few weeks of owning this phone one must admit that it doesn't really live up to my standards of what a phone should be able to do. Ok the phone in terms of memory I am unable to take much pictures or download alot of apps which can be quite annoying I have also noticed that the apps you have on the phone some will not work properly if u have too much on the phone, so u have to keep deleting stuff off the phone. The screen quality is ok but the smooth flow you would get on other phones like Samsung or iPhone is nothing to be compared. Battery life you would get a day and a half on one full charge, the camera well it's not very good at all to say the least and the video well let's say it's better than nothing. Well if you are looking for a phone to make calls and send text this is a great phone for that but if you want more I would strongly suggest you look elsewhere. Also the phone as no audio jack output so if your someone that likes to plug up your phone to a sound system forget with this phone. But let me say the build quality is 10 out of 10 excellent.I have updated my review for two stars to four simply because of the customer service that I have received from blackview after they saw my review they reach out to me to solve this issue which as how been sorted.
