I ordered for my girl last year,then for my sister's boy this year and then again for my girl later this year when the old collar n attached name tag was presumed lost outside (it was found under her mattress after two months). And I'd buy more for all her collars in future too. I love how they've option of small n large size, weight isn't too much, colour doesn't fade with time n much safer for our fur babies than those with silicon casing. Great product. Received the product as shown in the image. Quality is good. Weight: Perfectly balanced not too light not too heavy. Print quality is very good and the name is actually visible with black laser. Previously brought one from a different seller but it was just engraving and name was difficult to see. But this one is perfect with the black laser. Size i got large one. Good for medium and small breed dogs. Seller also responds quickly. Totally value for money and highly recommend it.

Received it today, so cannot comment on long time durability. But it looks solid and hope the letters will not fade out in the long run. But I would prefer it to be a bit lighter. Our 4 months old Persian kitten can clearly sense the added weight to his collar (8-10 gm). I wish there's a lighter version available (for cats).

Ordering and customisation process is very smooth and clear. Nametag is laser engraved to 0.5mm depth, meaning it will not erase with wear and tear. Very well packed and timely responces from seller. Strongly recommend.
