Super cute. Hat is not adjustable and does not have any elastic to keep it on your head. The flapping mechanism i believe is just thick flexible plastic or rubber. It seems like it could break after a while. For 12 bucks it’s not bad but don’t expect it to be a perfect fit or last for very long.
