The media could not be loaded.  I'm impressed. I bought both these saws at the same time. No issues assembling. Carburetors are dialed in very well. Very very easy to crank up. If it's warm outside, I don't need to choke it. Oil pump seems to work great. The bar is not cheap metal and is very sturdy.

Lightweight and cuts great. Cuts better than both my big box store saws and at a fraction of the price. The included fuel / oil mixing bottle is a very nice touch. Customer service has been perfect through the entire purchase experience. Saw and seller are both highly recommended.

Do not buy this product is a piece of garbage, from the paint to the motorThe motor locked up in the second time using it. I contacted the company to return it but their answer was "unable to ship it back to them because hazard material" (How in the hell they shipped to me in the first place that I can't do the same) just lame excuses to hide their defected products. What gets me is why amazon let this guys sell this products in knowing their poor quality, in my opinion this is making them accomplices of foreign countries to hurt the American Economy because they know what's going on, specially with the Chinese products DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY STOP BUYING PRODUCTS MADE IN CHINA, YOU'LL BE BETTER OFF BUYING LOWE'S OR HOME DEPOT because you can return it if is something wrong with it or get your money back

UODATE: So far this chainsaw has not disappointed. It is a hog and is up for anything I've thrown at it. I have been clearing five acres off wooded area, and it hasn't missed a beat. Keep chain sharp and let the hog do it's job. I hope everyone has the same experience I have.No it isn't, but it appears as an exact match to the old school Stihl.I am very impressed with the overall build. Heavy, durable and ready for any challenge , this thing looks like it will last years.It's a different world, good products are being made in China and I am on board.I can't wait to break it in, get out, work it hard for a week and see how she holds up. I'llI call her Ida Mae for now. She could turn into a queen or a peasant.

Was very skeptical of a new name in chainsaw. Unit fired up after fueling and bar lube fill up on third pull. Cut right through green oak, pine, maple, and a petrified tree of some kind. Could use a little more power but if speed isn't a factor, maybe another 20-30 seconds on a 20" diameter tree, then it's a very practical saw.

Purchased after seeing high reviews, but received a saw that I can't' even put together. Even worse, I can't return it! There's no gas that been put in it because I haven't been able to try to use it! Hope someone makes this right!Update: After a few back-and-forth emails, the manufacturer refunded the full price.

Saw is cheap.Bad: Chain tightening screw is tiny and held in place by a plastic housing that will eventually break. 22” chain options aftermarket are very difficult to find, so save some coin and get the 20”.Also, after about 10 tanks of gas, the engine cover broke off.Good: mine starred after about 3 pulls out of the box. Good power, not too heavy.If I had one large tree to cut down and didn’t want to pay someone to do it, and didn’t already own a chainsaw, I might consider this. Otherwise it’s a waste of money. It won’t hold up for very long.

Wanted to say thank you very much for the replacement in a very timely fashion. Very pleased with our chainsaw. Easy of working with company was great. Happy with product was exactly what I wanted to clean bush and trees around our property. Thank you again
