Updated: Keeping them off when not in use takes some tplanning, but the intelligent feature is great
I don't like to disappoint a seller who obviously cares about pleasing customers, and I am willing to revise my review if someone can tell me that I'm wrong about what I've found to be true. My problem with them is that the ONLY way to turn them OFF is to engage the magnets. The magnets are too weak, and even when the earphones are carefully placed in their pouch with magnets together, they come apart easily when handled or moved, and they don't stay secure around my neck while I'm walking around, which is one reason I wanted the magnetic kind. I paired them with my audio book after receiving them, and found the sound quality to be a B+. Very good for the price. When I was ready to go to bed, I carefully put these headphones in their pouch, magnets together. Then I plugged in my wired headband earphones for falling asleep. Just putting the pouch away in my drawer caused the magnets to come apart so that the earphones turned back on and took over the sound, silencing my wired earphones. I won't be able to carry these earphones in a purse or travel with them unless I can find a way to turn them off and keep them off. A perpetual "ON" means they will be discharged every time I go to use them. Am I missing something here?UPDATE: While the above remarks are still true, I find that these are the earbuds I go for when I am at home because they always and immediately connect with my Kindle when I pull apart the magnets. No fussing with getting the bluetooth function to connect. The box they came in has a foam form which will keep the magnets together, so don't throw it away. I normally keep them on my desk, magnets together where they are unlikely to be disturbed so that they are always ready. I also really like the green color.

They worth the money.
I really like this wireless headphones. They are very comfortable and easy to put them correctly in your ears. They also comes with extra tips and hooks to pick the one that best fits you. The noise canceling is good and the quality of the sound is pretty good. One of the best features I liked it, is the magnetic feature, I'm still trying to figure out why every time I pull them apart from the magnet, I have to pair them non-sense to me. The battery doesn't last too much. Even when I am not using them for take some calls that doesn't las more than 10 minutes. This is my experience, may be I received a defective one in that aspect but this let me down.Update: I'm having a better experience with the headphones. I said before that the battery does not last more than two hours but I think I find the problem. If they are fully charged they last hours because I only use them to take phone calls. If I am using the headphones when I watching videos, they last more than 5hrs. The problem is when you want to charge them, you have to make sure that they are one to one with the magnet, as when they are off hanging in the neck because if not they will be charging for hours. If I found something else, I will write back and edit again with the review.

Totally changed my review from one that was negative to a truly positive one!!!..
My Original Review of these earbuds was a really negative rating for two reasons. The first was because the "Magnetic, Power on-off" feature has a drawback and the second reason was because my unit died after the 6th or 7th time charging. But i must say that my perspective has TOTALLY Changed!!!You may ask what changed my mind? I will tell you! The company's absolutely phenomenal Customer Support! Other than posting a really negative review of the product i made no attempt to contact the company and seek a remedy. However the Customer Support team reached out to me unsolicited and tried to contact me via email to remedy the situation. I was so busy that I did not even see the emails that they sent to me (i get about 400 emails per day) and I never responded to any of the first 4 emails they sent me. Then yesterday a package showed up at my door. It was a brand new pair of FV8 earbuds! It had a letter with it explaining that they had tried to resolve my negative review. Well they definitely had my attention now!!! So what now follows is my honest updated review of the product!I Originally stated that the magnetic on-off design had the drawback in that if the two halves of the earbuds were separated the battery would be drained rendering them useless. While that remains true the Customer Support Team pointed out that the earbuds came with a leather pouch that the earbuds should be stored in and had i actually used that bag instead of just putting them down wherever, i would have eliminated that problem! I am now using that bag just for that purpose! The second reason that i gave the negative review was that the micro USB connector that is used to charge the internal battery broke free from the printed circuit board rendering the unit unchargeable and thus dead at the end of the current battery charge. So now let me address this issue. First of all that problem is NOT a design flaw of the FV8 ear buds! It is a generic problem for ALL devices that use a micro USB connector! It is because the International Standards Team that originally specified the entire specification for those connectors did NOT provide for any form of physical attachment to the printed circuit board other than the solder connections when the board is being assembled! I have had this same problem on several other devices as well so this is what i STRONGLY recommend whenever you are using ANY device, including the FV8 Ear buds, When ever you are inserting or extracting the micro USB cable into or out of the connector both the device as well as the plug and pull the plug out smoothly and with as little side-to-side movement as possible, using only a straight in or out force on the plug in a slow smooth movement. Again this applies to ALL devices that use a micro USB connector on it! As an added precaution when charging your FV8 ear buds, make sure that there is no strain on the cable or the ear buds and that the connection is supported well so that there is no strain in any direction that could put undue stress upon the solder connections of the micro USB connector and the printed circuit board on which it is mounted. Again this applies to any device that uses a micro USB connector! Now as to the device as a set of ear buds! The sound is great! They work well and some have asked if the built in microphone works well and all that I can say is that I usually ask if the person on the other end of the call can hear me ok and they always seem to answer "Yes"Now that i am treating my ear buds with the respect that they deserve, i am very pleased with them! I do recommend the FV8 Smart Magnetic Wireless Earbuds!.Lastly I want to once again comment the Customer Support Team for doing an EXCELLENT job and going far beyond what anyone woudl expect! It was the dedication of this team that made all of the difference for me!! I just wish other Customer Support Teams that I have to deal with were such a dedicated team!

Not what I expected.
They do not last as long as advertised in the information given. For me they hardly last at all due to the strange on and off system aligned with the magnets. For me, it is almost impossible to keep them magnetically together when I'm not wearing them and they have come apart even then. The only frustration free wearing I'm able to do is using them directly from charging and leaving them in my ears - not always possible and shouldn't have to be that way. I have other Bluetooth earbuds/headphones and only bought these because I thought the magnetic attachment would be good when wearing them but not using. Terribly disappointed and will be packing these up to give to an unsuspecting grandchild to spread the frustration. Okay, not nice of me but too bad.
