Doc put me on Metformin and it gives me diarrhea. I use this 2x day with Mitter Melin and Ceylon cinnamon and stay with a low carb diet and my A1C is 5.7.

I didn't realize one capsule is only 480mg and not 500mg. This was my error and it resulted in my A1C going all over the place. I wish this company would start making them in 500mg instead. Really messes up the dosage and how a person feels. Not good. Other than that, they are not bad. Just fix the dosage, please. Thanks

The product only had a slight effect on my glucose levels 10 to 15 points on average but that is definitely better than nothing. Small enough to swallow. Did not cause stomach irritation. Have no unpleasant taste. When I went to repurchase, supplier was out of stock for almost 90 days which was inconvenient. Would recommend the product for those seeking alternatives to Metformin.
