Third grade product with extremely poor service
The thermometer is not not working properly. Checked it on three different persons and everytime it gave wrong body temperature reading as 96.3 or 97 which is way below the normal body temperature. Strangely within half an hour of receiving it and and after opening and testing I tried to raise a return request but I'm not even able to return it. Waste of money and time.

Useless product.
The beep does not come on in all three thermometers that I bought. Temperature shown is NOT correct. More of a swindle. Amazon should remove the product from this vendor - may be black list them

Not good presentation
The product does not have any brochure explaining the functioning of the item, various parts such as battery compartment, body and tio etc. Precautions while using or keep up for long life. Type and specifications of battery etc. The packing is really lousy not worth a fragile item like the digital thermometer. Manufacturer should look to other products in the market and learn how to present the product for better sale volume.
