I was looking for a straw hat for gardening and ordered this because the description said it is straw. It's actually 100% polyester. However, it is very light and well made. The brim will give excellent sun protection. It's also adjustable unlike most hats made of straw. Fills the bill, so I'm keeping it!

Hat fits great

Very comfortable hat. I was concerned about it flopping while I was gardening and getting in my way, but that hasn’t been an issue. It only gets snagged in trees if I’m walking underneath something low. This is a great solution for somebody looking for a full sun protection.

The description was spot on! Very wide brim with shading all over face & neck. Not hot enough yet but I'm looking forward to it.

The hat is as wide as shown. Fits great. The folding is subjective some might like the way it folds others may prefer a more non fold look. Due to the folding the creases are permanent where it was folded when boxed.

Does what's it suppose to do... shelter you from the sun. Would recomend

I use it for work

I have 3 other hats for when I do yard work but they didn't give me enough coverage from the sun. I get melasma during the summer if I'm not careful and this hat is large enough to complete coverage.

Purchased for an upcoming Disney vacation - no need to look for shade or even shelter from the rain in this hat! Fits perfectly, feels light but well made and is packable. Bought one for my sister too and she loves it.

i really like this hat because the brim is so wide that can protect my face and neck from the sun and it has lanyard to keep it from flying away your head when wind blows.

very pleased with product. the packing folds unfurled after a few hours of laying it flat.Yet to test out a walk in the rain. but definately fab for hiding away from the bright Aussie Sunshine.
