Bought two of the black ones because I have two egg chairs that sit a little high off the ground. We live in a penthouse on the sixth floor and it gets so windy it knocks our chairs onto the ground. I bought these to cover the pillows to keep dry when it’s raining and to keep the dust off when not in use. Had a lot of rain storms and these kept my pillows completely dry. Would definitely recommend for keeping pillows dry as I had these for about six months and not even a drop of rain touched my pillows. However we had light wind one day, nothing big. We went to bed and woke up and one of the chair covers was gone. Just gone. Not on the street, not on a neighbors porch just gone with the wind. If it weren’t for this I would’ve given it five stars. Will order another one for the one lost but we have learned to wrap the pull strings underneath our chair ring on the bottom to keep the cover from blowing away and we have had some tough winds since and fortunately the one we still have doesn’t move. If in a windy city definitely need something to hold the strings down so it won’t blow away. Highly recommend if only using to keep the rain and dust off pillows.

Looks like a cocoon once installed. Material is thin and strings are rather long. For my use, it's a good deal. I live on the 1st floor of a condo and my porch is screened in. The wind and rain intrusion is limited so I'd you have an exposed outside space this won't last long. I got it to protect the wicker egg chair and cushion. Not bad

Water resistant and easy to put on the chair for rainy days.The material is quite thin, but seems to be sturdy enough for long time use.You do need to tighten the bottom cords good to prevent it from flying in strong winds, and I had no issues with it falling off

Does the job overall but I would’ve preferred a little heavier and sturdier fabric. This is almost as thin as grocery bags but sturdier. . Have been using for the past 3 months or so.. no rips or tears yet.

A little bigger than expected but overall good quality I gave 4 stars only because I haven't used it as yet.

This may be complicated to describe, but the zipper on this item zips from the bottom up, NOT the top down, the way it is suggested in the photo.Because of this design, there is a large, drawstring hold at the top of the cover that still allows plenty of rain and debris into the egg chair.Consider making a smaller hole at the top for the chain to move through and a top zipper, with the drawstring at the bottom.You cannot flip the item upside down - believe me, I tried.

Kinda hard to out on but it does the job.

Having had two different covers before which have either flapped in the wind and torn or else blown away in very strong wind, was keen to see this one had two additional straps on it. I ordered the black one, but when it came it did not have straps on it and appeared to be last years model.When I contact the supplier, they said it was random what was dispatched between this years and last years stock - so you had to return and just try and order again and hoped you got lucky? (Seems totally weird!)Anyhow, looking at other reviews the recent ones for the grey ones all seems good and were positive about the straps - so this time I order the grey one - and indeed it came with the additional straps.Seems a good product and the straps do work well. Time will tell how long it lasts.Bit of a shame the black one didn't have it as all my other covers are black, but at least I managed to get one with the straps on second attempt...

I've had this a couple of days now. We've not had rain yet so will update when it's been waterproof tested.My little bag to put the cover in, it arrived damaged. The zip is off and the stitching has come loose. I'm hoping the same doesn't happen to the cover.

Looks like a good job. Fairly light weight with ties to make it secure. Only time will tell if it stays waterproof and in place.
