Once you figure out how to put the darn thing on, it’s a great case! The PDF is hard to understand, so anyone needing help in this area:1. Pull the rubber “outside” case off. (Night purple on mine.)2. The “inside” case snaps apart into a top and a bottom.3. Place phone in the bottom part and snap the top back into the bottom.4. Reattach the rubber outside case.Voila! I never put cases on my phones but I baby them and have never dropped my phone. My son on the other hand managed to break his Nexus 6, Nexus 6p, Pixel 2 and iPhone XS. He dropped a dumbell on the Pixel 2!!! On most of them he had a case.I can sympatheze with the fact that cases add a lot of bulk. This one does as well. And he dislikes that. The case looks solid and for the price if it can prevent cracking the screen, it will be totally worth it. If it doesn't then really, the only case for my son will be the complete smothering by an Otterbox.The one phone he didn't manage to break was the Google Pixel that had an Otterbox case.It's too bad that phone manufacturers doubled down on the two worst materials for a phone - glass and metal instead of a tough and rough backed polycarbonate like the Nokia Windows phones.

The installation instructions are weak, but the case isn't. The case consists of 3 pieces, rubber outside and two piece inside. I found it easiest to remove the outer in the middle of one of the long edges. The interior snaps together in the same direction as a box spring and mattress. Take off the outside rubber section, then separate the inside halves and put the phone inside and snap together. Then put the rubber case back over the outside and you're finished!

I really was impressed by this product and definitely as sturdy as the other more name brands out there in the market! I definitely recommend this product to anyone who can't afford the price but definitely needs the protection! I only have one downside to this product.The instructions can be somewhat confusing but someone has help with posting a video on the assembly of the phone case !

Great case, only thing is the rubber flap on the left side covering the mute/unmute should flap open the other direction. It is near impossible to get your finger in to flip the switch and have to find an object like a pen to stick in and flip it. Otherwise, very satisfied with the case and great price!

I got this when I got my new iphone. I was looking for a cover that I could grip without dropping and a glass protector in case of accidentally dropping my phone. I looked at the previous reviews and decided to take a chance on this due to the price. I thought it was too good to be true. It arrived earlier than the company said and was easy to put on my phone. Would definitely recommend this case.

overall a very good sturdy case, however, it is very annoying when you want to silenced your phone because of the little flap cover, not only you have to open the flap, but you have to open it from the the bottom, you basically have to turn phone to the side to be able to see where flap is and open it. It also has a flap cover where you plug the cord to charge it, this does not bother me as much because I use a wireless charger. I have two wireless chargers, one in bedroom and one in kitchen, different brand, phone will not charge in one of them, not big deal since the one in bedroom works.
