I have a Traeger and a Green Mountain Grill and neither one imparts a real noticeable smoke flavor into the meat; however, after the first time I used the Z-Smoker, it was like, WOW! What a difference! Smoked a corned beef brisket and some cabbage and both had an unbelievably smokey flavor. Also, as per the claims, the tube, when filled, will last nearly 4 hours - more than enough time to get smoke into any cut of meat. You can't go wrong with this tube smoker!!!

Works great. I have used Cherry and Apple wood pellets so far. Smoked a pork shoulder, wings and almonds so far. It works better than I imagined, good steady smoke and plenty of it. I just ordered two more, one for both of my sister's. I have Smoked cheese with wood chips before, but I can't wait to try this. Well worth the price.

This is the secret to that perfect BBQ topper. You can take that plain old gas cooked steak and knock it out of the park with a smoke job when you use this tube with your favorite wood pellet.

Amazing little product. I was considering buying a separate smoker at first until I found this in amazon. I use this with my gas grill and it was able to produce a consistent smoke for 3 hours.

Filled it half way with alder and it burned for 2 plus hours straight. Making a cold smoked salmon and it worked great.

Purchased to add smoke in making some bacon. Worked perfectly. However, it must be laying down or at an angle to work properly.

Do not need a $700 Treager....this works as advertised.

Excellent product. I used it in electric smoker with hickory pellets. Just followed simple instructions and was good for more then 4 hours.Definitely recommend.
