Good product for biomatric

I purchased this product for vehicle registration through APRTA citizens portal as my finger prints never work at the RTO agents office. It never worked despite one full day of trying to install the right drivers and softwares. No instructions anywhere. You can never connect it to any portal unless you get the right drivers and RD service installation files. And even if you manage to get it, it never works on the website. I even waste 295 rs on renewing the RD service for aprta citizen portal aadhar kyc authentication. You can instead a buy a bottle of vaseline to rub your fingers , pay extra money to the agent and try at their place instead of setting this up on your own! That will be better investment and worth your time. Radium Box service is totally useless; they never answer their call and respond to emails with vague demands. The guy at radium box told that this isn't even their product, but I found their card in the box!! This is an example of how products should NOT be made and how organizations should NOT run!!! Great case study for IIMs to showcase a failed product and a failed company.

Level 0 (L0) Device do not buy it.? Waste of Money

Initially setup problems came due to wrong drive installation. But now I downloaded drives from Aahara karnataka website. Problems solved
