Works great but avoid 2” PVC
Used 2 seasons now. The hardware is thick and durable. Will outlast the boat. Only issue I had was thinking i could bend 2” pvc per the instructions. Use the 2 smaller pvc per bracket and you’ll be good.

System worls well
System works fine. I added some tape to pad the conduit's sharp impressions made on the boat cover and extend its ware. Conduit is not part of the system and is purchased locally at the builder supply.

I would recommend these to build a sturdy support to protect your ...
At $180 for 4 sets of dual arch supports, these are expensive but are worth the money. They are made well and will hold up to snow, bigger pvc pipe, etc.My pontoon, Aqua Patio 240 SL, has seating cushions 6" above the top rail along with panels up to the top rail in areas. My concern when ordering was, that the bracket rise would not be enough to clear the cushions. -Not an issue. @ 6" and pvc pipesshould not put impressions in the seating cushions. My other concern was not being able to bolt the brkts properly due to panels going up to the top rail in areas. The design of these brkts to either bolt on, or hold on with bungee cords solves this issue.I would recommend these to build a sturdy support to protect your boat during the Winter.

Danger! Metal failure on the bracket arms!
Extremely disappointed! Bought these in early September and, since we've had decent boating weather in SE Texas up until the last few weeks, just now put them into use today. The beam of my Suntracker is 11'2" and the instructions say that that PVC should be ca. 1' longer than the distance between the brackets, so we were within operating specs. The first two (of 4) sets that we installed went fine. We positioned and secured the third set of brackets and set the PVC into position on the starboard side. As we bent the PVC to get it over the port bracket arm, the arm on the starboard side sheared off and shot about 40' across the storage yard, hitting an RV. Although it startled us, to say the least, we chalked it up as a fluke...until it happened on the next pair of brackets, as well. The photo shows one of the broken brackets. There were two of those arms, into who the PVC pipes go. The second arm is what sheared off and shot across the lot. EXTREMELY DANGEROUS!!! I really wanted to like these, but these simply aren't going to work for us.

heavy duty but will surely damage your cover if used as is.
This product does a very good job at supporting the cover if you bolt them on. Bungee cords will be pretty much useless. They will stretch out quickly and probably take more time than bolting on with an impact driver. The main defect with these supports are the damage the PVC pipe will do to your cover. My new cover had a couple of holes rather quickly and I purchased a 600 denier cover. I contacted the owner of the support system with ideas of a minor design change that would eliminate this issue. Apparently he wasn't interested because I never heard back. What I had to do after I got some holes in my cover was cover the edges with electrical tape and fold terry cloth hand towels and put on edges of PVC. In the near future I will be putting a piece of the Atwood patch/reinforcement material on the bottom side of the tarp everywhere the PVC comes in contact with the tarp and a product called Tear Aid over the holes on the outside of the cover. It does take a little while to install 8 of these brackets but it's not too bad using my impact driver with a 1/4" adapter and 1/2" socket. I would have given these a 5 rating if not for this issue but I'm also disappointed the manufacturer didn't care to get back with me.

Works
This works well , have had sleet, ice , and snow over the winter and it is docked on the lake , on risers in the mountains so the wind gets rough here . It is a bit of a pain to install but once it is on it works great . I just wish there was a way to leave on all year . You have to take off in summer otherwise someone will prolly poke an eye out .

They are different than the picture but still functional
These are the best I have found so far. Used on G3 Suntracker pontoon boat.

REALLY works
We purchased these for a 20 ft. pontoon, and they work perfectly. We did use schedule 40 PVC as recommended and have a new Polyester 300 Denier cover. We sanded the slightly rough edges, and I do suggest doing this.
