C-Tek Quality Top Notch

I paid a lot of money for something I thought would be useful. The first one arrived and would not charge itself. The second one arrived and appeared to be charging but will not turn on or charge a battery. Apparently these have a very short shelf life. I like the wired CTEK chargers. This is junk.

I used it to charge a 12V spare battery. Once fully charged, the spare battery charges the CTEK, which in turn trickle charges my car. Brilliant multi-functional product.

I find it particularly peculiar that CTEK did not include a charging cable with the CS Free that would run from its XT60 outlet, directly to CTEK's own proprietary battery connector. Instead, the provided cable goes to a pair of standard battery clips... and not particularly good ones! They sell their CTEK "Comfort Connect" adapters to ease the process of attaching a CTEK charger to the battery, but don't include the cable to connect to it! Very annoying!

I bought this battery maintainer due to the snow weather and working from home, and since my car is not near a power socket. It is the only one on the market that is a *portable* battery maintainer, booster, etc! I use it with the adapter clamps accessory(sold separately) and a service battery to keep my main battery topped off for really long periods of time specially in the winter.I’m glad a known company finally made one like this with all the advantages of a battery maintainer, but in a portable device. It really works at advertised!This portable battery maintainer will keep your battery topped off. It will prolong the car battery life when properly used as a maintainer.

Bought for a couple of reasons.......1...highly recommended on my Mercedes Benz site,...2.this is a fablous price.Buy it

I got this item to charge my lithium battery in my truck thing was dead on arrival didn't charge just lit up didn't hold a charge I thought it may have needed to be charged over night but nope nothing didn't work at all
