I have a chronic illness that causes regular fevers, so I have to keep track of my body temperature every day, twice a day, and wanted a handy way to do so. Something that I could easily keep in the bathroom that wouldn’t take up a lot of space, and these were perfect.They’re a little smaller than the usual “pocket size” you find in the US, and I really like it. Each set comes with one blue book with a matching pen, and one pink with a matching pen.I have been extremely pleased with how these have held up/worked out for the most part.One book lasted about 5 months. The pen didn’t last the entire time but it was darn close, to my shock. It also writes nicely and isn’t too bold (I hate super thick strokes), so it’s easy to write neatly. The pages are cream/off-white on the yellowish side. I personally prefer bright white paper, but this is easier on the eyes. The paper itself is nice quality and thick enough that most normal pens won’t bleed through, and only a few will shadow. I didn’t have any issues writing on both sides of the entire book.The books lay mostly flat (see photos) and they have a band to keep them shut along with a ribbon bookmark. All of it held up, no pages fell out despite daily use, and regularly flipping through various pages to check the numbers.In fact, the only negative I found with this set is that the band that holds the pen only lasted a short while before it broke. This wasn’t a huge deal breaker for me as I have a place to keep the pen (and it can always clip to the band that keeps the book shut in a pinch).Oh, and the pens are each a little longer than your standard mini gel pen, which I appreciate, bc it makes writing easier.I never expected to like this set so much, nor did I think it would last me nearly a year. I’ll definitely be buying again, and recommend, especially if you need a tiny notebook for keeping track of things that fits easily in a pocket, purse, or small drawer.

Got for my artist kids, they loved them and carried them everywhere. The pens didn’t get lost or dried up.

The pen loop ripped out after just 2 days. It was only glued under a piece of paper and was not secure. The book is cute otherwise.

I bought for scripture memory and it is the perfect size to carry everywhere! So cute my mom wanted the second one! So def will re-order!!

I REALLY loved this when I got it. Perfect size, great colors, and I love the feel of the soft finish. But the pen loop is too big and the pen ALWAYS fell out and would be down on the bottom of the purse somewhere. Now, after only using it for 1 week, the whole pen loop FELL OUT, so there is no way to hook the pen on. Really too bad, because I love the idea of it, but it only lasted 1 week. Sad.

But they smelled horrible.
