Q: Can you freeze this and extend its expiration date? If so, by how much?

I think this question should be submitted to the manufacturer of the product for their insight. Me, I would freeze it, and put it in an airtight bag that would last a year or so. We buy 25 pounds of flour and freeze them in 5-pound 2 1/2 gallon bags...... Take lots of room in the freezer but works for us...... Good Luck!!!

There is no fish flavor in the flour. I have been using Wondra for many years. It is just great, very easy to use flour. You will never have any lumps in your gravy or anything you use it in.

Q: Have they fixed the problem of the canisters breaking open in shipping yet?

Sorry, but I have not had any problem with this. However, I always pour it over into one of my own canisters, so it wouldn't bother me if the canister was broken. I hope they will do a better job of packing so this would not happen.

Q: Does this have shaker on top?

I'm sorry, but I don't really remember. I always just dump it in my canister, but I would suppose it does have a shaker top, since it is a small amount, and most people would probably just use it from the container. Anyway, this is the best flour you can possibly buy. You never have to worry about lumps because it blends perfectly in hot or cold liquid. You will not regret buying it.
