Fitz-all Universal Replacement Top Fits Most Percolators Harold Import New #135

This fits perfectly into the lid of my 8 cup Yosemite percolator. The glass top that came with the pot had nothing to hold it in place and it pulled out when trying to remove the lid. This replacement knob comes with a fitting for the inside of the lid which holds the knob securely in place. Works like a charm!

When I broke the original Percolator Glass on my coffee pot I was upset because I knew it was going to be a pain finding one that would fit. Not only did I break the glass but the plastic ring that fits between the glass and the lid also got broken.I couldn’t find one locally. Maybe I didn’t look hard enough. Anyway, I went here on Amazon and found this one. It seemed perfect from the description. I was so excited after I finally ordered and received it. But my joy was crushed after I installed it and it didn’t fit well. It’s loose. Since I would remove the lid by pulling up on the glass, I don’t feel comfortable about doing that now. What I do is not completely close the lid. That way there isn’t a lot of pulling on an already loose glass.I occasionally slightly tighten it. That is done before I make a pot of coffee. This is usable. It’ll do. But I wish it was better. Substitutes or replacements are often not as good. Though I suppose something is better than nothing. At least it allows me to use my coffee pot.

VERY universal. Fit Well. I wish the metal backer was stainless and not aluminum. I'd be willing to pay extra for the stainless.....

This was the perfect replacement for my Coleman 14 cup enamel percolator! I had ordered another replacement from a camping equipment company, it didn’t fit ( too big ) with no real option to return it/money wasted.

Some people said that it did not fit. You must be REAL patient not to cross thread when replacing the plastic top! It worked EXTREMELY well for us and worth every penny but amazon has NEVER failed to have OUTSTANDING customer service on returning items that are not to your liking!!! Just remember the golden rule and be polite and if someone is not being understanding,call back the next day to ask help from someone else! EVERYBODY has off days and you can always get more bees with honey!!!

I purchased this Fitz-All Universal Top for my Farberware 47053 Classic Yosemite 12 cup Percolator and it worked great. The black plastic gasket used on the original top will not be needed. The Fitz-All Universal Top comes with a stainless steel base that will need to be used on the inside to be may to screw the Fitz-All Universal Top. The top will fit loose but give it an additional turn to tighten it and you’ll be in business for some fantastic coffee. This Fitz-All Universal Top will fit and work with the Farberware 47053 Classic Yosemite 12 cup Percolator sold on Amazon.

I have no idea why but this piece self destructed. Ok I wrote the supplier & sent a picture asked for a replacement. No replacement they toss me to Amazon returns then I'm told to send back shards of glass?. Poor product & worse customer service-Glass in my coffee makes me rather angry especially since it was a good batch & I was in need. Hope there are better solutions.
