Will these fit flexxhandle bars ?

It’s only the donut pad that goes around the grip not the actual grip I found out after buying.

If you are just buying the donut pad that has pro taper on it buy it. But I thought I was getting the grips and that’s not what it is. I contacted the company they said somewhere in the description I didn’t see that they are just the donut pad. They would not refund the money either hope this helps!

Are these rubber or plastic?

They are a rubber foam doughnut that has fabric on one side. Very comfortable for the inside of the hand also prevents blisters atleast for us...We use them on all our bikes
