Orzly Glass Screen Protector for Nintendo Switch OLED 2024 Console Accessories (Pack of 4) - Tempered Glass Life time Edition

So glad I got these! I take my Switch with me everywhere, but the screen of the device being open like this makes it quite vulnerable (as does sliding it in and out of the dock). I don't normally like screen protectors, but the glass ones are actually really good, as they physically stop the screen from getting smashed in, so this is exactly what this device needed! Fortunately I had bought some of these tempered glass types from these people before for my phone a coupe of years back, so I'm glad that they actually make them for the Switch! I've tried a few by various different people in the past, some were good, some not so good. But the Orzly ones always go on really easily, and I like the fact that with theirs you can't even tell that it even has a screen protector on. It actually looks like the device's natural screen rather than being an obvious eyesore that some of them can be. They've also made putting them on really simple. You simply wipe the screen first with the special alcohol wipe that comes with it (which stops any dust from getting trapped under it before it sticks). Then you line up the glass protector held in place by a sticky tab, so that it's perfectly aligned before peeling off the self adhesive back. Then once it's perfectly in place, you just peel that back off and rest it down on the screen of your Switch, and the self adhesive does its magic instantly. (you literally can watch it working itself out from center to edge in a matter of seconds, which looks kinda cool). It's sort of a darker color before it sticks, and goes an instant full transparent that looks just like the natural screen the moment it's stuck down. The fact that these glass types are perfectly flat, they're much less prone to bubbles than the regular kind of screen protectors, so most of it sticks by itself almost completely on first touch except for around the edges. So then you just take the squeegee that came in the pack and simply swipe it from center to edge, and all bits stick down perfectly, leaving you with the whole thing looking exactly as the Nintendo Switch looked before you put the screen protector on. The screen sensitivity is as perfect afterwards as beforehand, and you can take them off afterwards without leaving any marks if you ever need to replace them. I'm glad they give you two of these in the pack just in case you make a mistake, but it went on perfect first time, so fortunately I was able to use the second one for the other switch that I bought for my daughter, and that went on perfectly too. So I'm very very pleased with this. and I'm now alot happier about bring it with me knowing that my screen won't get damaged. While I bought a travel case for it anyway for bringing it out and about, I'd still say these toughened glass types of screen protectors are worth using aswell, as putting it in and out of the dock each day means that it's prone to getting scraped when doing that if the screen happens to knock against the inner walls of the switch dock, so these proved to be by far the safest way of making sure my Switch stays intact.

I'd been looking for a good screen protector but most of the recommendations on various online forums were for US-based suppliers. I came across some UK-based recommendations for Orzly and thought I'd take a punt. Judging from some of the other reviews, the supplier had issues with keeping up with demand for the product and therefore some buyers received their goods late. I was lucky and didn't have such problems - item came within the specified time frame, but your mileage may vary. The inclusion of alcohol wipe and cloth was a nice touch as it meant the screen could be prepped for the protectors. I don't recall seeing any dust stickers in my box and therefore didn't use them. I found that the alcohol wipe and cloth were more than sufficient to remove all the dirt and dust that was on my screen so it wouldn't do any harm to avoid those. Installation was quick and easy - I aligned the protector to the bottom vents / gaps on the switch and then just let it "flop" down to the top of the screen, pushing any air bubbles in an up and out direction. After installing, there were no additional bubbles other than on the right outer edges of the screen, which disappeared as soon as I gave them a rub (again, in an outward direction from the centre of the screen). I'm not sure how easy removal will be but I'm not too concerned about that at this point. The protector does leave the screen shinier than the original plastic screen, but I'm happy to live with this if it means that my kit is well protected! Touch screen ability doesn't appear to have been compromised and cleaning the protector is a breeze. For under £9 (at the time of writing), it can't be beat. Off the back of my positive experience, I purchased the Orzly protective case. Would happily recommend this product to anyone looking to buy a good screen protector for their Nintendo Switch.

I rarely write reviews but this product warrants my time since it is excellent. After reading about the problems some people were experiencing with the Switch when taking it in and out of the dock - I decided that I really did not want to scratch the screen of my own. Especially with portable consoles such as the Switch, I personally try to take care with avoiding any scratches or marks on the screen, witch for me are perceived as distracting from the experience at hand. The Orzly Screen Protector for the Switch is, honestly, a no-brainer. It is easy to apply (Orzly has an excellent tutorial on Youtube), very durable, fairly thin, but most importantly really oozes quality. With the screen protector on, the whole Switch looks more luxurious and really the way it should come from factory. I could see no air bubbles (at all), and the screen protector is nicely cut to more or less fit the switch perfectly (I do think it's a perfect fit but it's rather hard to get it absolutely perfectly aligned). However, despite making sure that I was in a clean, dust-free environment (a steamy bathroom is a good place because the dust particles in the air are weighed down by the steam) when I applied my first screen protector, I managed to trap one small dust particle. It really shouldn't have bothered me too much since it was tiny, but I did decide the following day to remove the screen protector and try again with the second one provided. I learned from my previous mistakes and didn't trap any dust the second time around, and the Switch is now utterly flawless. Really happy with Orzly providing two protectors in the package. It allows you to try again should you not be happy with your first attempt. I would advise others to really (really) be careful when applying the protector so as to not trap dust as I did on my first go. Use the "hinge" method as shown in the Youtube tutorial and minimise the time from which you remove the coating on the back of the protector to when you let it attach to the screen. Use strong lights and look at the surface reflection on the screen before you attach the protector and it should come out perfect. I would really recommend this product.

So I was bought a Switch Lite for Christmas and this was one fo the things I bought for it immediately to maintain it. This is going to be pretty brief as it is at the end ofd the day just a piece of glass. Pros: Excellent set. Includes anti dust tabs and wipes. There are also some stickers in the pack that I used as locators for the screen after i had removed the back of the tempered glass. I'm not sure if this was their intended purpose but they worked perfectly. The glass has not altered the function of the touch screen whatsoever. The picture clarity is still excellent. Cons: None functionally 3 months in. I think the fitting instructions might have been clearer for those possibly applying tempered glass for the first time. I've had to pit plenty to mobiles phone in the past so I tend to go with the following 10 STEPS TO SUCCESS. (Fit it in the bathroom) 1. Run the shower for a few minutes. 2. Place the tempered glass on the Switch 3. Whilst in place fit locator tabs to the surface of the glass and wrap them around the switch 4. Lift the glass and wipe the screen of the switch with the cleaning wipes. 5. Ensure that it is dry by using the polishing cloth. 6. Remove the back of the tempered glass 7. Slowly lower the glass onto the switch ensuring the tabs have stay taught. 8. Let the glass fall gently onto the glass of the Switch edge first. 9. It will naturally push out the air as it goes. 10. DO NOT WORRY IF YOU HAVE MINUTE BUBBLES THESE WILL GO IN 3 DAY, DO NOT TRY TO LIFT THE GLASS AND TRY AGAIN.

This is a must have quality product, it is so good that Nintendo should include it pre-applied to your screen out of the box. The dock included with the Switch is notoriously known to scratch your screen, so a product such as this is essential. Also, if you take your Switch out, or leave it laying next to random objects, you're prone to scratching the screen on your expensive device, so you'll need some protection. Crucially, this doesn't distort the image or the colours in the slightest, whilst at the same time it gives your screen protection from scratches, and most importantly gives you great peace of mind. With it being a glass protector, it's very easy to clean. It doesn't cause any light to bounce back, with it being applied, it's just as good as a normal display, in fact you hardly notice it's there after a while. A couple of pointers and tips to apply that I wish I had known when doing my first application: 1) Use in a dust free environment. Ensure you're in a place where there is little to no dust, as even the smallest of specs can get under your protector and cause bubbles or be an eye sore, especially on white backgrounds. Being next to blinds with dust on them, isn't the most appropriate place! 2) Dust is often flowing around in the air, if it settles on your screen use a compressed air can or dust blower, as they can greatly help in removing those specs. Do not use a cloth for removing those dust specs, it will likely add more dust specs elsewhere. Do not also use the dust remover stickers that come with product, the adhesive is far too strong and may cause damage to your screen. 3) Use in a room where this is plenty of light. Shine your screen under the light to ensure you haven't overlooked any areas that may require cleaning. You can also turn on your Switch and view a screen with a white background which will help identify any areas that need your attention. 4) Use the provided alcohol wipe to remove any oils, fingerprints or residue on your display. You want is spotless! Better yet, if you've just purchased a Switch, take it out and apply the protector straight away as your screen will come pristine out of the box. 5) Once you are happy with your display being clean, gently apply the protector gradually across the screen. This is very important, if you find that you misaligned it or discovered some dust specs, take your time and slowly roll it back. However, if you apply it all at once and discover some dust specs, you risk damaging the protector as you will need to claw it back from one of the corners, which can lead to the protective film layer on the protector coming off. I discovered this the hard way. If even the smallest layer of the film comes off, it will create a bubble that you will not be able to get rid of. Other type of bubbles are ok, they will press out once you have fully applied the protector.This is a sturdy protector that you can easily roll back without ruining it, so take your time and apply slowly and gradually with care. Overall it is a reasonably well priced product, and I wouldn't risk buying the cheaper variants to save a few quid. After all, you have an expensive product in the Switch which mandates a premium protector.

Excellent screen protector for switch 2, it is easy to put on, no bubbles on installation, I used 3 screen protectors whilst doing alignment, the 3rd attempt was perfect, I still have 1 left unopened. I've been using this for almost a month now and the display is crystal clear and is excellent for playing JRPGs, I have been mostly playing Trails in the sky 1st chapter for atleast 10 hours since installation and I'm really enjoying it, also persona 3 reload demo for 6 hours . I have been able to enjoy my switch 2 without seeing any annoying scratches on my screen. Overall good value for money and I feel really pleased with my product also fits perfectly too.

I spent a long time looking for the perfect Switch screen protector and, thankfully, this is it. Too often companies make a one-size-fits-all screen protector which has just about the right dimensions, but it clearly hasn't been designed specifically for the intended device. Orzly have nailed it with these screen protectors: the dimensions perfectly cover the necessary parts of your screen but, crucially, LEAVE CUT-OUTS WHERE NECESSARY. They've taken the trouble to design the protectors to align perfectly with both front-facing speaker grills and also the ambient light sensor on the Switch's front display. These cut-outs not only mean that you're not blocking out essential parts of the display, but this also helps to let you line up the screen protector perfectly - thumbs up for going the extra mile here. The pack comes with 2 screen protectors and all of the expected extras: micro-fibre cloths, alcoholic wipes and sticky-label applicators - so everything you need to get the perfect, dust and bubble-free application is already included. I managed to get a perfect application first time with relative ease. The actual screen protector is tempered glass, so it's a little thicker than the thin-film alternatives, but provides much better protection - essentially, the screen protector is extremely scratch resistant, but will also shatter upon sufficient impact to dissipate the energy rather than cracking your screen. Conversely, the protector is just thin enough that it doesn't impact on using the touch screen at all. You can still apply faint touches and strokes to the display and these will be registered - definitely something a lot of people worry about when picking (particularly tempered glass) screen protectors. You also don't get any issues with friction resistance due to the material choice. Obviously, your finger won't glide effortlessly across the screen as it would with no screen protector at all - but the difference made here is so negligible that you will unlikely notice. They're also thin enough that you won't have any issues with magnification changes or glare from bright lights. As for the price...yeah it's pretty fair. There are many alternatives and all are priced roughly the same. 2-protectors inside the pack is the right number: one protector and one backup. Not only are these good quality but you also get all the other little application extras included in the price. The price you pay for complete confidence in your device's protection though is nothing. My only final comments would be that if you're considering whether or not to get a screen protector at all: stop what you are doing and get one right away. Even just placing the Switch in and out of the dock can cause little scratches to the screen. For the sake of just a few pounds, these screen protectors will not only prevent little marks like this, but could also save your Switch's screen in the even of a major accident. Screen protectors are a must have for the Switch - and Orzly provides the perfect solution.

The Orzly screen protector is probably one of the easiest screen protectors I have ever had to install on a device. Took me 2 minutes wiping it down with an alcohol marker, using a dust sticker, and placing the screen protector on. It cleared out all the bubbles itself and there was no hassle of pushing bubbles out. Other reviewers are only giving it 1 star due to it not "fitting" all sides of the screen perfectly, however, none of the screen protectors I have seen for OLED do properly fit. I don't see any issues with it not fitting, unless you are a perfectionist, but it covers what is most important, the OLED screen. Touch sensitivity is still at it's max, and so is screen visibility. You will still receive all those gorgeous OLED vibrancies and contrasts. Another bonus is, the "no fingerprint" marketing value is ACTUALLY true. I have touched and tapped my screen multiple times throughout games. In comparison to the OLED without a screen protector, I get no ugly smudge marks just from one tap or swipe. The screen protector feels glossy and of high quality, and considering you get 4 in TOTAL, I'd say they are actually under priced considering other brands only sell 1 or 2 for the same. You never know when you'll need another ASAP. These are definitely worth the buy and if it ever comes to fitting more devices with screen protectors or urgently needing more for my OLED, this will be the first place I come to.

Consigliatissimi!

10/10 protector, managed to apply perfectly on the first try. No need to remove any dust from underneath. Blends in perfectly and protects the Switch from the silly dock issue. Yes, I took some precautions before applying and you need them if you want the perfect fit but that's just the way physics and nature works. So go take your Switch and the protector to the bathroom, take a warm shower so dust particles aren't flying everywhere (moisture wins with dust) and just follow one of the guides on Orzly youtube channel to apply (use the dust stickers to hold the glass in place instead of using them on the screen) to install it. Managed to get it perfectly aligned and without any bubbles/dust underneath the glass on my first try. As a bonus it comes in pairs so you'll have a spare piece of glass just in case

Works as described. Fairly easy to install but is not completely fools proof. Looks great on the device if applied right. Reasonable price for a set of 4 screen protectors.
