Best Quality Goats Milk
I recently tried Mt. Capra's non-fat goat milk powder and it is absolutely amazing! I love the fact that it is from grass fed pastured goats and non-GMO, so I feel like I'm getting a healthy product. The texture is very smooth and it mixes well with cold liquids. The taste is slightly salty, but it's not too overwhelming. It's great for adding to smoothies or adding to baking recipes. I often find that cow's milk can be difficult to digest, but I have found that I have no problems digesting Mt. Capra's non-fat goat milk powder. I highly recommend it and will definitely be buying it again in the future!

Taste, Dissolvability, ... and value that resonates in more subtle ways
Mixes more easily than Meyenberg. Making kefir using goat kefir grains results in a kefir more natural, as if made with raw goat milk. Taste is to me much better than Meyenberg. For me, the background information on the product is compelling. This product in particular comes from the Netherlands, from family owned farms.UHT processed goat milk is degraded ... much more so than UHT cow milk, from the UHT process. That's the reason I use powdered milk at all.

very good but expensive
I usually buy the meyenberg brand, but I saw this and wanted to taste it. It is certainly tasty and dissolves easily for coffee, with a whipping tool. But unlike the meyenberg brand, some is left coagulated. Also it is quite expensive, and the amount only covers 2/3 in the box. So I will go back to meyenberg.

Tasty clean milk
I used this milk to replace non fat cows milk, for making kefir and plain milk the flavor is really good. I've tried one other goats milk powder from another brand and the flavor was lacking, also the size was way smaller. I am able to make large quantities at a time and have some leftover. My only issue would be with the price it's expensive buying it on Amazon from iherb. I have found it cheaper on another site also iherb sells it for less on their own site.

Drinking a glass of it must be that heaven regular milk-tolerant people experience.
Here is a milk answer (+my own recipe) to being so severely lactose intolerant and yet yearning for a milk alternative that will also be good for me. Disclaimer: I have plenty of gastric-intestinal sensitives (yeah, try to date me -- it's real fun to be high maintenance and be that chick that can't eat pizza or most Italian foods). I am also sensitive to soy. Boxed almond milk has carrageenan additives that irritate intestinal flora (carrageenan actually isn't digestible or good for you). So, here is my journey: I would make almond milk in my home and proved to be delicious but too much work, cost, and cleanup for me since I work full time+ hours. So I went with rice milk. Yum, but highly sweet and not much nutritional value, plus not creamy. Okay, here is the actual product review. Capra Goats Milk Powder is convenient for storage and use. As a singleton, I only make as much as I need. What I like is that I am finally using a milk alternative product that has the protein and calcium content that I have been missing for nearly 15 years. And it's creamy. Taste? Well, I came up with my own concoction for taste because I was blending it with my left over rice powder. I mix one scoop to two scoops of my "Better Than Milk Original Vegan Rice Powder," then add three drops of vanilla, a sprinkle of cinnamon, and sprinkle of salt. I like it. So, boo-yah! The key is having a high powered blender that froths. This Capra Milk froths very well when blended and makes it creamy. Drinking a glass of it must be that heaven regular milk-tolerant people experience. I think I go through a carafe of my concoction every 3 days. I mix it with my black tea in the morning, add it to my Turmeric Golden Milk drink (google it - it's good for us gastric-sensitive types), and drink a glass in the evening when I feel like it. So, victory for lactose intolerant people!

Not as it used to be
I’ve been buying this product for a while. The most recent order the product consistency was way different. The powder is more fine and cakey. It’s harder to dissolve in liquids and clumps up a lot. Not going to purchase this again.
