Electric Motor for VKP250 Food Strainer by VICTORIO VKP250-M

Got our applesauce ground in half the time with this gadget. It's not hard to crank the mill manually, but this motor will allow you to continue grinding while your hands are occupied with other tasks, like refilling the hopper, etc. Good product.

I have what I would call a big garden and I preserve a lot. I bought the Watson food strainer a while ago. I can crank for about 10 mins. This lets me do all the separation no problem and much quicker. I do use a band to keep it tight to the strainer but that is minor.

I used this for doing my tomatoes up for sauce. The crank works great, but when you can use a motor option, it is a lot faster and easier on the elbows. Highly recommend it. I did mine out in the garage thinking it was going to be messy. But, I could have done it in my kitchen.

The item works well at first I was fooled by the sound of it bogging down but when it gets under load then the motor kicks in strong and begins to work quicker so at first you think wow this is it then once you start feeding you see the way this motor works is designed for processing.

Only used once for 15 liters of tomato sauce. It is a pleasure to use, no sore elbow. Be careful not to feed the machine too fast as it good stuff will be discarded as waste. The only negative thing is the motor is always wobbling. There should be a better mounting mechanism, some way to clamp it to the machine. That arm basically only stop it from rotating and it wobbles on the machine handle receptacle.
