Works as advertised if properly applied
Used this for an automotive application with aluminum on one side and plastic liner on the other (to close seam on one side of front exterior fascia). At first, adhesive did not seem to hold but once I applied hair dryer to heat the adhesive and apply pressure (for 5 minutes), it gave me a very secure bond. (This adhesive tape is used in the automotive manufacturing process for mirrors and some trim pieces.) Be sure to get the right width for your project and just cut to length- I should have purchased the wider tape but this one seems to be holding fine so far.

Couldn't stick to pretty much anything I stuck it to
I tried to give the product a chance but it just didn't work no matter what I used it on it would be better to just stick it to itself wich is the only thing it sticks to don't know what I'm doing wrong but I can't use this stuff it's been a complete rip off for me

Is this original?
I am not sure if this is the original 3M VHB tape.It just came in a plastic bag.It looks more like a fake one from China.
