What a great mug warmer! I love how sleek and smooth the surface is (far less chance that it'll wear away like my old one did) and easy to control. I love that if I forget to turn off, it'll turn off for me. It also came with clear written instructions, a luxury these days! My only complaint, and it's pretty minor, is how big it is. I took pics with my old Mr. Coffee warmer and you can see that it was MUCH smaller. The size of this mug warmer is definitely overly large and it does take up more real estate on my desk than is necessary. The mug in the picture is a big mug (it holds 20 ounces or 2.5 cups) and the warmer dwarfs it. I guess the size would be good if you were keeping a big bowl of soup warm... A quality, but very large, mug warmer. Recommended, but make sure you read the very accurate measurements in the description!

The media could not be loaded.  Primero que nada que no calienta, solo es un poco tibia lo que calienta, no hacia el apagado automatico. Lo use solo 2 veces y hoy me lo traigo al trabajo porque lo compre para la oficina y no funciona. A penas me llego hace una semana. Exigire la devolucion de mi dinero.

Loved the look of the warmer, but after a single use the glass surface cracked. It was not due to the coffee mug - presume bad materials led to overheating of the surface and causing it to break. Skip it and find a different one. Too bad, because it does look nice!

I have been wanting this for a while. It keeps my coffee warm while I am taking shower or watching tv. So far I m very happy with this purchase!

I Like My Coffee Hot. When I’m At Work, I Get Pulled Away And When I Come Back, My Coffee Is Usually Cold. I’m Glad I Bought This Because My Coffee Is Still Hot. However, You Must Use A Flat Bottom Coffee Or Tea Cup(No Raised Rim At The Bottom) This Is Because This Way It Can Fully Touch The Warmer.

It does the job. I wish it were heavier.

Let me start by saying I NEVER leave reviews unless it's a bad product. I ordered this on sale and I'm glad I did! This warmer is amazing. I love the "normal" power cord. I must be getting old to be happy about a regular 110 outlet plug. LOL. I received this warmer today and to test it out I had a cold cup of coffee that I was going to pour out. I set it on the warmer and within minutes the old cold coffee was as warm as a fresh cup. Plus, it doesn't shut off. I am a sipper and waste more coffee than I drink from letting it get cold. This warmer will save me money. If you are an avid coffee / tea drinker I highly recommend this warmer. It is also very nice looking to leave on your desk.
