All lived, very cute dudes
All managed to live! Got a good mix of snails, most ramshorn which is what I was hoping for. The ramshorn is quite big, the others are small but that's to be expected as they should be young. They should not really be added to a fish tank when small because fish will eat them duh.As advice I would say to make sure you give them time and revive them slowly by adding water, some of them looked very dead but were just shy.

Very cute little chaps! Maybe some empty shells though!
In transit for 3 days - not ideal & amazon left it on doorstep in hot sun!Snails are in soggy packing paper in a small round tub, that says it's suitable for microwave!?! ...Eh? ...These are Pond Snails right?Bought twice.First time 4 Great pond snails, 1 tadpole bladder snail & 5 ramshorn snails. Put straight in a tub with some pond water & all emerged within about 5 mins or so. Happy little chaps, soon disappeared after I put them in the pond.2nd purchase. 2 empty shells. (Ramshorn & tadpole bladder). 3 Great pond snails, 3 tadpole bladder, 2 ramshorn. All emerged almost immediately I put them in pond water & soon made themselves at home in our "all you can eat algae buffet". One Great pond snail likes floating upside down, suspended on the underside of the water's surface. Caught him in the leaf scoop twice today already!Bit disappointed about the 2 empties. But the others looked healthy. I think they're kind of cute & I like having them in the pond, munching away on the algae buffet.

Great snails
The snails were a bit sluggish at first but ist but got to their job devouring the algae - 10 out of 10 were alive and working well in my pond.

Arrived with 2 empty shells. One broken shell and dead, and another 3 dead, so out of 10 ordered I got 4 live!

Poor service
Ordered 10 snails, 6 arrived, 1 was an empty shell. Will not use this company again. On the plus side, remaining snails are doing well in my pond.
