Very easy to take. Dont let ten tablets at a time scare you. They go down easy and smoothly. No stomach upset. I love the podcast from the owner in that this is food not a supplement. I also believe i may be able to eliminate many of my other supplements simply by taking this. Win, win!

I’m looking forward to trying these and feeling the results. On first impression I tried to chew these which was one of the main reasons to pay the high price and hopefully higher quality. All I can say about chewing them is “ Don’t “. Unless you do not mind having them in crusted on and around your teeth with a big green mess, I needed to is a tooth pick, Floss and brush to pry them away. I must add they do taste good, almost nutty. The resealable bag doesn’t work well. My bag was coated with fine dust i couldn’t brush off. I ended up having to use another container 🥹 so verdict is still out.
