Fixed 3 balls so far
I don't get the negative reviews, i am glad i ignored them.I have fixed 2 basketballs and 1 soccer/football ball after they landed in my cactuses. (I do need to convince my wife to remove them... That's another story).I used the last one on a hot day, and it was easier to inject as it was very liquid. I wouldn't microwave it as it may explode, but putting a warm towel or hot water bath may help if the temperature is low. This is just based on observation. Take it with lots of grains of salt.Follow the instructions. Deflate. After you inject the liquid, make sure to spin the ball on different axis for a good 10-15 minutes. I am not sure what's the minimum required, but it worked for us.

Warm them up first!
I could not get these to squeeze out at all- and on one, I pushed so hard that the glue squeezed out of the top of the syringe. Then it occurred to me that the glue at the bottom just needed to get moving, so I got a bucket of hot water and let the tubes sit in there for a few minutes. Then it squeezed out beautifully. I tried it out on three balls and two were saved. So kind of worth it?

This saved me from throwing away a soccer ball and three basketballs
It seems to work as advertised. I have a soccer ball and three basketballs that would not stay fully inflated for more than an hour. It's now been over 24 hours and the air pressure is holding steady. Only downside: The instructions do not say to take off the white cap. I struggled with knowing the product was going to come out when I could not see a hole in the end. It also seemed too big to insert into the valve. Finally, in my fiddling around, the white cap popped off. They need to add a sentence to the instructions: "Pull the white cap off the nozzle."

Worked on second try. Oopps, no it didn't!
UPDATE: I guess I jumped the gun on the review. The next day the ball had deflated. The seal did not hold. We went ahead and just got a new ball.Seeing the problems others had, I thought I should get the 4-pack just in case. I followed the exact direction, which I recommend! On the first try the plunger wouldn't budge. Only a little stuff got in there I pumped the ball and bounced it but it still leaked. Since it was a slow leak I had to wait 'til the next day to try it again and this time was successful.HERE'S WHAT I RECOMMEND!!! Follow the exact instructions. But, once you remove the white cap from the plunger, wet it and get it in there as quickly as possible. I believe this is key, but my experience is limited to these two attempts. Push it down and then pull the plunger back slowly (as instructed) and get the pump needle in there as quick as possible to pump the ball up. When you remove the needle and start bouncing the ball, rotate it to spread the stuff around. Are ball was brand new and was thrown into a cactus within 5 minutes! Glad I was able to save a brand new ball.

While it does your to fix the puncture ... it makes the ball heavy
This product certainly does its job to fix the puncture ... but the ball gets heavy. I used it to fix volleyball and you can understand once the ball becomes heavy you cant use it the normal way ... probably this works good for other balls ...

Product works and Excellent Seller!
Product works great and just as described. I had a problem with 1 of the 4 products sent. The product was sealed in package but was still dried out. I contacted the seller and received an response quickly and happily they are sending out a replacement. No problems and I appreciate the seller for their outstanding service! Thank you!

Saved my sons new ball
My son got a new Nike ball as a gift and it leaked from the first day. He showed up to practice one day and it was completely flat and he was rightfully upset.I planned on just replacing the ball but something told me to do some research.Glad I did because one syringe solved the issue permanently.Best advice is to inject the sealant then inflate and play for an hour or so.

It works most of the time
In trying to inflate 30 Soccer balls it worked on 22. It is a bit of a chore to get the glue to depress into the ball. The plunger is a bit painful after fighting so many of them. Advice...keep the glue warm as when it thickens it very difficult to push the plunger in. I still think that it's fairly decent and I'm happy with the purchase. Be prepared for a bit of mess if you do a bunch of these. :)
