I almost instantly starting feeling better with this suppliment. I was taking steroids 2 times a day and am off of them completely for my addisions disease because I'm taking this and omegas. This product is one that is suited for individual needs on a periodic basis from what I learned, and not to be used on a day to day basis. I used it for a few weeks and honestly can't say i noticed any difference, but there are many many natural herbs that we take and don't notice any remarkable difference, but I know that the elements in it for me are a needed and necessary for my state, taken parodically.
