Order arrived damaged and the return page keeps kicking me out. I’ve sent a message weeks ago and no response

Little Red Fun Fire!
I was forced into this purchase because of no wood fire laws out west. Knowing I would not like it, I tried it upon arrival. We’ve been through several LP tanks and take it everywhere. What a blast!! Serious bang for your buck! Beach, patio, and table fires. Is it a bonfire, nope but it’s a safe fire where you wouldn’t have had one! Enjoy

Bought new but when box was open, there was a dent.
I bought this new yet it came with a dent. It came in its own manufactured box and that box was in another shipping box with padding. So why is there a dent? Paid this item on the higher end yet felt like I didn’t receive a new product.

Bottom rusts out
If you would’ve asked me about this product six months after I bought it, I would’ve had nothing but rave reviews, but after two years of owning it and it never being rained on, I’m highly upset that the bottom is rusting out, and I have rust stains all over the basement of my camper, where I typically store it
