It be cost became prohibitive and I decided to try rowing at home instead. After much research, I knew I wanted a full size water rower and I didn’t want to spend thousands of dollars…so decided to take a chance on this wooden type. I’ve been very pleased so far. It was fairly easy to assemble and only took about 30 min. It comes with a water pump that you use to add/remove water (to adjust resistance) and it has wheels on one end so you can move it from place to place. I’m including a video of my son on it. It didn’t have water in it at the time, but wanted to show that he is able to fully stretch out on it and he’s 6’2. Rowing is a great full body and cardio workout without hard impact on your joints.

Great rowing machine! Easy to set up and easy to use. Has great resistance. Rowing with a view and without a gym membership! Great for the price too!

This rowing machine is good to strengthen my shoulders, upper chest and back muscles. I’ve been using it every morning since I bought it. Its wooden design is nice and stylish! It is also convenient to storage and use, even I put it in my bedroom. I recommend this machine to whoever wants to be healthier, but can’t go to the gym right now.
