I do like this author and her writing style but because I am not a fan of romance 🤢 Colleen Hoover books don't usually make my TBR list. I prefer thrillers, mystery, horror.Too Late was recommended to me by my college age daughter who promised this to be a 5⭐ read. My daughter likes some 🌶️ in her books and it's age related for her.I presumed it would be more like a 2⭐ for me, if I even finished it.Well, I finished it! Every last word!Wow, what a wild read Too Late truly is.My heart breaks for Asa Jackson. Colleen Hoover wrote him so extremely well that he, and his story, have affected me deeply. I have been a victim to an Asa Jackson and this book really helped me open my mind and see past the monster.This book has helped me forgive.That alone should be reason enuf to give 5⭐s but I just can't with the hero 💩.Definitely a must read if you've ever had to deal with an Asa Jackson (narcissism) in your life.

This book DID NOT disappoint!!! From the very beginning, I was committed to these characters and loved seeing how they were going to play out. Even the characters that I hated, I loved to hate them because the writing was so good. There were parts of the story that I literally was on the edge of my seat, waiting for them to be caught. This book was way more than a romance... it was a great drama with the romance mixed into it. I didn't know what to expect going into this book because of the mixed reviews, but I promise it's a great read and I'd highly recommend this one!!!

My jaw dropped multiple times throughout this book. I thought I knew the direction she was going to take and was completely caught off guard! I’m still personally unsure if I love Colleen as a thriller author because I can’t get into the romance at all I’ve tried to push myself but I just vomit in my mouth a little at the gushy parts but I think she brings it together well for me most of the time! I definitely loved Verity more than this one but was still a jaw dropping, gripping read! ❤️

This was the most amazing story! I truly loved it from beginning to end! Nothing felt slow, rushed, it moved at the perfect pace. This would make an amazing series or movie. I rarely give 5 stars but this one is def one!!! Perfect story line!

Per usual, in Colleen Hoover's typical fashion, this book is excellent. Her stories are part of the reason I am living my best life as a single woman, and part of the reason I am continuously choosing not to settle for anything but the best. Every partner is worthy of having a "best" significant other, some just don't realize that.

What an emotional rollercoaster of a book. I was truly not expecting it to be that much! I am giving this a 5 star because of how impressed I am but I’d be lying if I said my gut didn’t twist while reading this. This was one of those rare books where I really felt like I was watching. Movie while reading. Colleen Hoover, this was horrific and wonderful at the same time!

Didn’t think would enjoy this book..But nonetheless I was wrong in so many ways . I enjoyed very much . All the POVs which I was not expecting at all.. Too Late was kinda like a roller coaster 🎢.. in a good way ..

I’m not sure what took me so long to read this book, but was it ever amazing. I seriously could not put it down. It was VERY well written, the constant cliff hangers and plot twists kept me on the edge of my chair the entire time. 10/10.

Fiquei surpresa!!! Não esperava gostar tanto desse livro!!! É pesadíssimo e difícil de ler, mas é muito bem escrito e os abusos são retratados de maneira cirúrgica!! Ao contrário de muitos outros livros da Colleen, aqui as problemáticas são retratadas, mas não são romantizadas! O vilão em nenhum momento gera sentimentos de empatia no leitor! E eu agradeço muito a autora por ter feito essa retratação da maneira correta!! Um excelente livro!!

Loved this book quick easy read which keeps you hooked from the beginning..love cooleen hoover books all her books are addictive
