I was hesitant to purchase it. But when I received it and started to use (as per instruction mentioned), I found it useful. I work in office and when I come back home, I watch TV. And most of the activities put my back to get curved my spine in forward direction. This is the one of the most causes for our back pains. If you use this, the unnecessary loadings on spine due to the forward curve gets counter balanced. This simple logic is applied in this device. Dots on it helps to relieve the pain of muscle and back bone. Designed to protect unnecessary stress on your spine during use. But the additional rubber strap used at spin position gets disturbed and comes out. So, it must be fixed by the manufacturer. As this is a trivial problem, so it may be ignored.As most of the time I rest on my back when I sit on chair to work on PC, read books or to watch TV on bed, my back aces. So, I found this product very useful and affordable too.
