Wahl Professional 5 Star Series Finale Shaver Super Close Replacement Foil #7043-100, Shaving for Professional Barbers and Stylists

This foul although being OEM didn’t quite meet my expectations as it tore through the foil within a week of use, granted I used it to shave my head I expected it to last much longer considering the original had gone through a previous salon owner before me and was never changed until I got it. Purchased a different product since that seems to have lasted a bit longer so far.

Purchased this product to replace the original head in my wahl shaver and it has lasted longer than the original.

It was reported to provide a close shave. I find that it provides a CLOSE shave. Have had it for several weeks and face is conditioning to the close shave it gives. I am very pleased.

The replacement foil for the Wahl Shaver Shaper/5 star Finale is a must have. Probably better to buy atleast 2 upfront if your new to this device. It cuts pretty well with stubble and haven't yet had any irritation. My only 2 beefs are:1) The foil itself is hot pressed into the interior of the plastic shell so if you press to hard when your cutting it has a very good chance of breaking free and no real solution for that, hence....better buy atleast 2 additional foils upfront.2) Wahl is not specific on how to clean the foil. Even after emailing Wahl several times I have yet to get a response. I have used Wahl Clipper/disinfectant/sanitizer Total Care spray in the past with no issues. I have also used Clippercide.
