Quality food sealer replacement bags. These hefty rolls will last a long time! They are extra large, so they may not fit in the sealer unit's storage compartment when new. As the roll gets smaller, they should fit.

It was delivered 2 items together which made me happy to begin with. It took only a few minutes to set it up. We tried to vacuum seal some some 50 pounds of fish that my wife had dried up on the clothesline outside for two days. The first vacuuming was not done correctly due the odd shapes of dried fish but the second bags on, they vacuumed and sealed perfectly. It took more and more time as we went along to vacuum/seal all the fish but we had time and patient. I tried a $169 dollar machine but had to return it to the store because it had unnecessary features such as cutter, etc. We simply cut the bag roll at the length that we needed and worked perfect. I almost got burned my thumb when I accidently touched the bag around the seal that was still hot. I am happy because my wife happy and cannot wait to vacuum seal other food items. Now she is going through two refrigerators and freezers to see if she can vacuum seal them. It a a fun toy for my wife who is approaching 80 years of age in April. I've had my food sealer (Hamilton Beach 78213 NutriFresh Vacuum Sealer (purchased through Amazon) for about a year and a half now. It came with a few starter bags, but I also ordered this product since I knew I would need more bags. I use the sealer fairly frequently and have never had a problem with it. The first time I got low on bags, I ordered more of these. The next time I needed bags, I found another brand from Amazon (Keep Fresh) and ordered them for some reason or another.....possibly they were less expensive at the time. I NEVER got the Keep Fresh to seal properly. They would seem to seal well at times, but within a few hours, I'd check and there was alot of air in the bags and the plastic of the bags was no longer snug against the food. At other times, they would just never seal right from the get-go. Then I wondered if the sealer had stopped working properly, but decided that it would be a pretty big coincidence for it to stop working right at the same time that I happened to start using different bags. SO.... I ordered more Nutri-Lock bags and received them a few days ago. I went to the freezer and pulled out a package of Italian sausage that I had sealed a couple of months ago with the Keep Fresh bags. Of course, there was plenty of air in the bag. I opened the package and took two sausages out for that night's dinner. I re-sealed the remaining two in these Nutri-Lock bags. Guess what? Sealed perfectly. It was like deja-vu. Once I used the Nutri-Lock bags, I realized the difference from the very start. It's been a few days since I re-sealed the sausages in the Nutri-Lock bags and they are still perfectly sung. With the other bags, it would take no longer than a couple of hours for the bags that appeared to have sealed right initially to let in alot of air. My conclusion is that the problem was with the bags....not my sealer! I did specifically notice that the "waffling" of the two different brands of bags is the issue. The Nutri-Lock bag's "rough' side is way less "rough" than Keep Fresh's. Maybe the depth (?) of the "waffling"? Whatever the reason, I find these bags FAR superior.

This is a good heavy-duty product and seals food great.

I keep all of my venison vacuum sealed and frozen. The bags prevent freezer burn and stay sealed. I like the ability to cut my own size bags.

These are nice bags and a fantastic price. Work awesome, have used for many different items (fresh meat, veggies etc.)

***** Quality NoteThere are already a zillion reviews on these bags so I will not get deep into the quality. The bottom line is they work for me at a price less than the sealer manufacture brand. I have a Food Saver FM2000 which is one of their basic models with no bells and whistles.***** Sealing TipFirst make sure the sealer area surface is clean. As pointed out by another reviewer make sure the smooth side is face down, the rough side face up. I had to do this in the past with another third party brand.***** Cutting tipIf you have a basic sealer like mine that has no bag cutting feature invest in an inexpensive paper cutter where you will get perfect 90 degree cuts versus eyeballing it with scissors. There are lots of these paper cutters available on Amazon. See Attached photos.***** Other UsesI have no issues sealing food for the freezer or Cabinet storage. I have a DYI project on hold. I opened a container of drywall compound. Once opened the shelf life is short. I sealed the container and now the shelf life is indefinite. The drywall compound would have cost about $11.00 to replace. See attached photo.
