These are excellent comfort for your feet. They are very affordable compared to other products, and they fit pretty accurately according to their sizes. They are pretty durable and the thickness of material may require a slight break-in period. Excellent product!

Tried these along with a few others for a 6'-2" tall 220lb guy with plantar fascitis. Of all the ones tried, these did the trick. I've since ordered 6 pairs for other shoes, and will continue to buy them for all of my shoes. They work well for tennis and hiking shoes/boots but also for work boots. They have resulted in real change and elimination of heel pain, no joke!

My foot is a size 12 and the insert box says it fits a size 12-12 1/2 shoe. I was surprised that I didn't have to cut the insert to make it smaller to fit my size 12 sneaker!The arch of the insert is not very severe that I noticed a big difference. I like the smooth material used on the surface of the insole, I don't think will wear out fast, but time will tell, I've only had these insole inserts for a month!

Excellent. They make it a little tight around the toe area because of the lift and padding, but they are perfect.

I have narrow 9.5 women's feet with very high arches & achilles tendonitis. I doubted that the insole would fit into my narrow work shoes and once I took out the shoes insole and put it in, it was a perfect fit! I didn't have to trim it or order up a size either! When I put my feet in it didn't lift my foot up uncomfortably. I started to walk in the house and for the first time in weeks I had a normal gait! My heal didnt scream at me. I didn't have to avoid putting my heel down while I walked which is something I have been doing since I got AT. I was so impressed!But the next day I wore it to work... they feel GREAT on the uninjured foot, but the l foot was in EXCRUCIATING PAIN at the calcaneus (heel). It could be bc the lift of the heel cup made it so my bursa there rubbed against the back of my skin tight shoe and inflamed it, or simply because there is no cushion on top of the heel cup, which would be AMAZING.This are GREAT if you are not injured. I think I will keep it in the shoe of the unaffected foot, and try Tusi's heel cup in the other.

Excellent....just wished last longer.

Im size 7 and bought the 7-7 1/2. I found that the arch support was a bit towards the back as if I needed a bigger size 😞
