Flat as a pancake in under 3 months
Paid almost $200 for a bean bag chair that was flat as a pancake in under 3 months. Now I need to spend over $100 to buy a refill to make it even useable. We were very happy with this product until it started getting flat and uncomfortable. No problem I thought they must sell refills. The price blew my mind for a refill! Why not fill it properly the first time! I think this very expensive bean bag chair should come with a bag to plump it if it only lasts 2 months. I can’t even contact the company regarding a ware fee because they are an American company that won’t accept my claim!

Flat to the ground
The chair stayed okay forna few weeks and I was loving it. But it's almost tonthw ground and all flat. I hate it.

Would be nice if they provided enough filler for this!
Gave this to my son for Christmas. From day one, he was always moving the filler around, trying to get it into the backrest of the chair, so he could sit on it. Now, after four months, there is hardly any fill left in it and we've had to order more. He likes the chair when it's got enough fill, but there is no way that after a ten-year-old has used it for four months it should look like this.
