Helps with glare and scratches, fast shipping

I purchased a set of the screen protectors back in July. I put them on my new Amazon fire tablets.Now, I’ve had the fire tablets going back for years and I have tried different screen protectors. I went with this option because it was cheaper then others and the reviews were great.Unfortunately within about 2 months the Amazon fire tablet was shattered just like the one in the above video. I didn’t think anything of it, my son is nonverbal autistic, so I just assumed he shattered the screen himself. I purchased a new tablet & made sure to put the screen protector on and within 2 to 3 weeks. It was shattered AGAIN. Mind you, I have purchased multiple tablets over the years. One of the tablets was stolen after my son threw it out a third story window, another was left in one of my old vehicles that I sold, the charging ports stopped working on two of them, the screen gave out on three of them because they were old and worn out. I have never experienced a screen shatter with any of the tablets I’ve purchased. Since purchasing the screen protectors, both of my tablet have shattered. I don’t think they offer the protection they guarantee. This was the first time I ever purchased this specific brand, when I pulled up the screen protector to see if it was the screen protector that was shattered or the actual screen on the tablet, the entire screen was shattered to the point where pieces of the tablet was falling out and it was just a plastic covering. I know that’s not what it should be because when I installed the other ones they were actual tempered glass. Just like the one I purchased for my iPhone it was tempered glass. These are just little pieces of plastic, and they are not able or even capable of protecting the screens from shattering or breaking. I was very surprised. I emailed Customer Service a few days ago and I have not heard a response back yet. It doesn’t specifically state on the screen, protect packaging that it protects from breaks and it doesn’t mentioned tempered glass so maybe I was just on educated in what I bought and I should have known that it only protected against scratches, but when I hear screen protector, I just automatically assume that it’s going to protect the screen from scratches, brakes, etc.
