Quality wise it was pretty good, had a nice looking honey comb in it and thought for sure it would help tone the sound on my car. However, I would consider this more along the lines of a high flow cat. I should’ve read the reviews when purchasing this but I had just scrolled right past all that. But it definitely gave my car a different tone, made it sound super ricey. I have an 04 Focus SVT, off-road pipe and just recently put the DNA motoring exhaust on it which is super loud….tried adding a resonator which toned it down a little but then I put this thing on to try and help muffle it some more….you couldn’t even tell i installed this catalytic converter what so ever. If you have a factory exhaust system this thing will be great, will need welded on, if your hoping it’s gonna quiet your ricer down…better spend some money and get a good one.

This is a great "high-flow". It's small, stainless, and good quality. There is even the appearance of catalytic converter guts in case you have to have a garage install this.Overall, very nice and holding up great in PA winter/salt.

I just had a FlowMasters Super 44 muffler installed on my Excursion, but there was no difference in sound afterwards. My first thought was a clogged catalytic converter, so I looked up high flow cats and there were a lot to choose from. I selected this AutoSaver88 2.5 cat solely based on the reviews, and had a local shop replace my old one with it. Sure enough, my old OEM catalytic converter was clogged up! They cut the old one off and welded this one in it's place, and WOW! It really opened up the flow and my exhaust sounds amazing now. No Check Engine light (yet) while on my drive back home.I will update my review if I experience anything different from what I've already stated, but so far I am super pleased with this purchase. I was sort of skeptical about it because of the price, and only time will tell, but the fact that the Check Engine light didn't trigger immediately gives me confidence. If I do end up getting a CEL related to the down stream O2 sensor, then I will try adding a CO2 spacer...but so far so good!

Check engine light low catalyst efficiency..contacted amazon they give me the 30 day spiel..I said i want a contact # for the 5 year warranty...still nothingThey may as well post lifetime warranty..if you cant get a hold of anyone, whats the point !!Stuck with this as amazon continues to let them sell..even went to their store..no contact info

Great quality. I bought this cat for my Chevy. It seems to be very well constructed with nice welds. The flow does seem to be improved over the stock. I'm happy with it, especially for the price point. I would definitely recommend it.

The product in the box was in fact what I wanted but it did not at all match the product in the box. It was lables an OBDll standard type cat. Fit and finish is good. Not yet installed.

I ordered these for my Sons Pontiac G8 great replacements . we cut & welded them on !!! no check engine lights on . The car feels like it gained additional horsepower vs old ones .. great after market replacement.

Pour ce qui desirent acheter des affaires "compatibles", sachez que ici, on as une mauvaise marché. J'ai paye 150$ pour faire installer l'article "universel compatible" et mon voyant au bord, reste toujours allumé...

Lo instale en mi jeep xj (instale tuberia de 2.5 pulgadas), trabaja muy bien, la luz del check engine en el tablero se apago y corrigio el codigo P0420, vamos a ver que tanto dura.

Had my cat robbed off my car in work in Manchester City center. Needed a cheap alternative, this had great reviews had it shipped from America was very fast and had it welded on by a friend no problem. Straight onto my 2L turbo like it never even happend. If your thinking of buying this, buy it!
