Centrum Gummy Rest & Rejuvenate

My husband and I take two of these every night before bedtime and we have gone through several bottles of them.He takes just these gummies but I combine mine with my Tylenol PM most nights due to my scoliosis I require some pain medication and the combination gives me a great nights sleep.They also taste really good... I also really like the Calm & Reset for morning as well as the Focus & Clarity..If you are looking for a light sleep aid that will not leave you groggy come morning then I would definitely recommend these Rest & Rejuvenate Gummies. I will continue to purchase them.

Normally, you screw of the cap and then peel off the seal. I unscrewed the cap and before it came off, a bunch of air came out and the seal wasn't on. Because air came out, I feel they are probably safe. I just marked it down a star for quality. Maybe related to storage temperature. Anyway, these will get you a good slumber started after about 10 minutes. They only work a few days and then I have to take a break before they start working again.

Taken as directed these gummies definitely did not work for me. I even tried taking double the dosage, but 2 hours later was still awake and longing for sleep. I can not recommend these to anyone.

Definitely the best melatonin I have ever bought.No secondary effects, Great sleep.I would recommend them.
