2 out of 3 work...
bought three for my business. two worked great, but one quit working. I would return it...but that is not an option at this point (bought about 6 weeks ago). I'm going to try to repair it as I think the mechanism has an air leak. if I can't, I'll probably purchase another...expensive but otherwise a good product. hope the other two keep working!

Yours may have worked, but mine was a lemon.
I installed this soap dispenser in an area of my locker room where the previous dispenser had limited use, so it wasn't getting frequently used like my other dispensers do. Nonetheless, I noticed that the soap levels were dropping rapidly on a daily basis. After a week I finally noticed that within about 2 minutes of refilling the dispenser, the soap begins to leak out via a small, pencil-thin stream right out of the dispensing head. Within 10 minutes, the dispenser is nearly empty again and my soap is all over the floor. I use standard industry foaming soap that I acquire from a cleaning supply company, so I know this is no the issue. Upon inspection, it appears that the shelf inside the dispenser, that the soap container sits on, is a 1/4" too small and it forces the lower tab to gently engage the dispensing head, thus causing the leak. I made several attempts to "rig" it without breaking it, but all to no avail. My advice, just spend the extra $10 for a quality soap dispenser.p.s. Even if you get lucky and your dispenser works properly, consider a different model if you plan on using the dispenser very often (i.e. like in a gym setting or public restroom) because the amount of soap it holds is about half the capacity of normal dispensers.
