It seems its a normal water they just put it in a spray bottle. Only mix colour n fragrance. Hydration level is 0.

Works like a charm, tried many brands for tonning skin....this is top notch.Only thing their package looks very simple. But I am okwith it as long as product working.Request to manufacturer don't ruin it by trying different things
