Maximum strength Alocane is amazing stuff. I was suffering from burns to my neck as a result of radiation treatment from throat cancer and none of the recommended products were helping. So I did some research on my own and found out the Maximum strength Alocane is the only product over the counter that offers 4% Lidocaine for the pain as well as Aloe for the dry skin. I would recommend it to anyone who is looking for relief from pain and skin dryness associated with throat cancer Radiotherapy treatments. As a matter of fact I told my doctor about this amazing product and he is going to recommend it to his other patients.

This is an excellent treatment for minor burns. Applied as directed immediately following a burn, it helps prevent pain and it can also prevent painful blisters. This has been my personal experience. It has worked so well for me, that I even had a tube mailed to my daughter and her family. She also thinks it works great!

I order this over and over simply because it is the strongest and best OTC lidocaine product on the market. I don't know why other products with equal amounts of lidocaine do not work as well but I've purchased several and there is a difference. This is great for burns, minor cuts, scrapes, insect bites that itch, or any other ouchie on the outer skin surface.

Grandson got burned in a hot stove. It was very red and beginning to blister. The Alocane had arrived 2 days earlier. Folllowed the direction and he felt great relief from this product. I highly recommend having some around the house incase of an accident. This saved him a great deal of pain and suffering. Aa few dollars can save a whole lot of grief. Thank you Alocane.

This stuff works great! I love to cook and bake and have a tendency to burn my self this stuff works fast ! will defiantly buy again and I recommend it highly.

Helps with nerve and joint pain. I wish the tube were twice the size.
